Back in the tree of life in the morning of Lexi's plan
Rani got up and walked out from the tree tired as usual from the past few days of relentless planning and reasoning, she decided to go and see if varya is ok, so she made her way in the direction of the tundra planes, apon arrival she got pounced on by the cubs of varya, "hey cubs how's you're mum" rani asked "she is fine" one of the cubs said, "can I go and see her" rani asked "sure she is just over there" the second cub said, so rani walked over to varya and sat down next to her, there was an awkward silence between the to until varya spoke, "rani about the other day im sorry", "sorry for what", "I'm sorry for yelling at you and running away" varya finished, "no it was my fault I should not have yelled at you I was just angry and sad which was not good at the time what made it worse was I was holding it in" rani explained while starting to sobb, "hey rani no need to cry it was both our faults ok" varya said, rani stopped and jumped in for an embrace from her friend, both sat there for a bit until varya spoke again, "so rani what did you want to talk to me about", "I wanted to talk to you about well...", "well what rani", "well we are going to war with swipes and his army" rani finished, "what are you crazy", "well what was I suppose to do give you to them so they would release kion and kill you" rani snapped back, "oh sorry rani", "no it's not you're Fault", "yes it is if our tiger pride didn't be so soft we would nothave beenbossedaroundbyswipesandtheywouldhavenotdiedandIwoundhavenevercamehere andluredthemhertocapturekion", varya explained really fast. "calm down varya it's fine we have got help from the lion guard", "lion guard they are always here" varya said, "not that lion guard the pridelands lion guard they came here yesterday Thanks to the night pride" rani explained, "oh do you need any help I will be willing to join in to fight not just for me but for my pride which was slaughtered" varya asked, "no varya you are needed here to look after you're cubs" rani said, "but I want to help", "no you're staying here and that's an order" rani said, "why should I listen", "because as queen I asked you to stay behind and look after your cubs" rani demanded for a third time . Varya shut her mouth and got up and walked away leaving rani to do the same,
Varya pov
"Stupid rani won't let me help with the war" i said to myself, finally I made it to the cave whre saber is, "saber honey you in there" I said, "yes im here varya" he said, "hey I need you're help" I said , "what help you're talking about", "I need you to help me with a war", saber stopped what he was doing, "what war", "a war between the tree of life and swipes army" I said, "no" was all he could say, "no what do you mean no they defenders of the tree are going up against the army that killed our pride the one that you were suppose to protect and your not going to avenge them saber" I said, saber sat in silence until he said this, "i mean no i m not helping you saw what happened it will be best if we didn't play a role in this war", "well they are going to war becasue of me, swipes still knows I'm alive and he wont stop untill he has his way" I said, "im not going and that's final" swipes yelled, "well you're not the tiger I once knew goodbye saber it was nice knowing you" I said while sobbing an walking away
Meanwhile back to rani
"Ok my army get to work, the fastest members come forward please" rani said, fuli and kasi moves forward, " i need you two to alert all the animals around the tree of life to be ready to leave just in case this war does not work out" rani said, "yes rani we will fuli" said as they left, "everybody else prepare for war", rani said.
