"Mom,here is your medicine.Eat this." He said passing glass of milk to her along with medicines.

Pinky ate the medicines.Shivaay was about to sit beside her when they heard cries of his most stubborn baby.

"Mom,he is awaken." He looked at Pinky crying.

"Go,Shivaay.He is crying.Can't you listen his cries?" She glared at him.

Adi was looking at Shivaay giggling.Because,handling little Ayan Singh Oberoi is the most difficult task for Shivaay Singh Oberoi.

Shivaay wiped his fake tears and almost ran towards Adi's room.He quickly moved towards Ayan's crib and picked him up who was crying hard.

"Shabash my lion.Day has been started.You should also continue your work of crying for no reason." He kissed on his forehead getting smack from Ayan in response.

"Ayyuuu." He exclaimed when he felt wetness on his shirt and arms.He made eww face and moved towards Pinky's room.

"Mummaa,Ayuu is smelling.He has pooped.Ewww!!!" He entered in the room with Ayan in his arms.But got worried to see Pinky teary eyed.

"Is it paining?" he whispered worriedly and Pinky nodded wiping her tears.

"Mom,please wait for sometime.Tell me, where are his nappies and suit.I will get him ready?Then,we will leave for hospital." he assured her.Pinky wiped her tears.

"His suit is there in Adi's room.Check in his wardrobe.And don't clean Ayu with wipes else he will get rashes.Go to restroom and clean his legs with soap properly. " She adviced him and Shivaay left for the restroom.

Adi came to Pinky.

"Dadi,Is it paining?" He asked innocently.

Pinky kissed on his forehead.

"My Adu has asked na pain has subsided.Go and bring bhai's suit.Do you know where Dadi keeps his clothes?" She carrassed his face and Adi nodded cutely.

"Now go to Papa.Otherwise,that nalike will mess up the things more."

Aditya agreed because even history has witnessed that,whenever Shivaay has tried to perform household work in hurry,instead of setting the things he always has created more mess.Adi giggled and ran towards Shivaay's room.

When Shivaay came out of the washroom,not only Ayan but he was also fully drenched in the water.Shivaay put Ayan in his crib.He was crying his heart out.

Shivaay folded his in front of him.

"Ayuu,meri Jaan.Beta,please stop crying.Atleast,let me see what I have to do now." He pleaded.

Meanwhile,Adi brought Ayan's suit and forwarded it to Shivaay who got surprized.

"Thanks baby.Why your brother is not intelligent like you?"

Adi giggled and brought Ayan's diaper.

"Because,I'm on dadi.And according to my beautiful dadi,Ayu is exact replica of you." Adi declared to which Shivaay faked glared at him.

With much difficulty,Shivaay got Ayan ready.It was another matter that he had made him wear diaper upside down.

After getting ready,he asked driver to bring out the car.Then,he goes to Pinky picked her up and took her to car.Adi brought Ayan.Shivaay passed Ayan to Pinky and put feeder in his mouth.After locking the main gate,He sat on driver seat.Adi was sitting on passenger seat.

Soon,they reached the hospital.By noon, Pinky's report came.Shivay felt like he would faint on the spot.Left leg bone got broken.Doctor suggested the operation.
