I'm doing the same thing with negima: skies unknown story today i'm starting off of VOL .4 chapter 26
I read some outstanding opm crossover stories such as sk dxd azure lane fairy tail dragon ball with OPM never read those (they tend to mix it in same for my hero academia).
So i decided to start one i get it people have never read negima or watch the anime they been around since early 2000s yes i'm oldschool anime person thats why i never got into the new stuff the people watch now.
Negima has some badass battles & characters read it online or find one at your local book store you know what they said try something you never seen before it ain't dead.
Intro
class 3 - a author pov:
Class swarmed in on the new comer asking so many questions, y/n tried his best to ask questions, negi told everyone to sit down.
Evangeline undying mage was feeling humiliated the boy beat her in one blow, so many questions running through her mind.
" that boy defeated me with one punch first twin tails broke through my barrier now this one, i don't sense any magic from him no spells nothing as if its physical strength ".

Action scenes don't start right away for the character development
Instead of adding the opm ending i added the negima ending sounds cute
