As I wake, I take in my surroundings. All I see is white, then I hear a beep beep beep beeping. I see an IV in my arm. I must be in a doctor's office. I am so confused, so I press the button on my table that is red, and says service on it. A doctor and 2 nurses run in, along with T-Bone and his parents. "Is anything wrong sweetie?" the nurse asks. "No. Can someone explain why I am here? I am really confused right now!" I said.
"You have been experiencing repetitive fainting, which would be explained by a serious medical condition, or something happening at home. Now, we have heard from your friend, young Tobonie, you have been experiencing some extreme things at home." the Doctor said. "What happened to my Dad??!" I said.
"He has court tomorrow, we think it is best that you don't go. After Tobonie explained to us what happened, we called the Police immediately, they are under investigation right now, they will use the evidence in court tomorrow that they find at your house." T-Bone's Dad said.
"What will happen to me? I don't want to go back to the orphanage! It is terrible! For once, I have fit in at school, and I don't feel alone anymore! I don't know how, but I will stay in this town! I can't go back to an orphanage, where I have no control over my life! You don't understand." I begin to cry.
His parents exchange a look, then T-Bone's mom starts to say "We have thought about this long, and hard, belive me! How would you like us to adopt you?"
Wow that came as a suprise! I can't speak. "Um----I-----Uh"
