Chapter Four

Jimin's POV

I want to stop deceiving Jungkook so I went to my sister to talk about it. She was quite cool with it.

She's okay on dating Kookie for the meantime-since I'm not ready to tell Jungkook what the truth is. Because I know that when I tell him who I really was, that might be the last time we will be talking

And I don't want to end the relationship we have. Because at least we're best friends.

"A penny for your thought?", I was surprised by the baritone voice that appeared in front of me. Speeak of the devil and the devil shall appear.

"Guys, pretty fancy seeing you together", I said eyeing Jin hyung who is just beside Namjoon hyung. He smiled at me and plan to hug me not until Jungkook block the way by his Timberlands.

"Hands off Jin hyung", he said with his authorative voice, We we were surprised by it.

"That's so protective of you Jungkook", Yoongi hyung said. I smiled and shrugged.

"That is just the normal him", I stated as a matter of fact. I looked at Hoseok hyung who is staring blankly at Yoongi hyung's face. He is so smitten with him.

"Going to buy something?", asked by Namjoon hyung. I nodded and showed him my phone, where my list of items is displayed.

"Groceries?", Taehyung asked. I nodded and looked at Jin hyung.

"Could you help me out Jin hyung?", I asked.

"No prob-", he was cutted by Jungkook who joined the conversation.

"I'll help you Jiminssi", he said. Did I wake up on upside down world? What the heck is going on?.

"I thought we were going to play VCR?", Taehyung asked. I looked at Jungkook, questioning his actions.

"Next time", he answered. He grabbed my arms and started to walk towards the grocery area of the mall.

We were picking out the items from the trolley.

"4972 won. If you want to purchase a gift certificate to have that bunny stuff toy you can add chewing gum to your grocery to have a total of 5000 won", the cashier said politely. I absentmindedly picked up the box near the counter and gave it to the cashier. The cashier giggled in return. I looked at her and smiled.

Jungkook carried all the bags and I went to get our free bunny stuff toy. Gonna name it Kookie.

"Who in the fucking earth you are having a sex with?", he asked in his gritted teeth. I stopped on my tracks and looked at him surprised.

"I don't know what you are talking about Jungkook, and hell. no one's gonna have sex", I answered annoyed. He chuckled in sarcasm. Where did he get that idea?

"You're telling me 'No one's gonna have sex' when you're buying condoms proudly as that cashier is acting flirtatious all around you", he said in his gritted teeth.

Condoms?

Flirtatious?

Is he in his right mind?

"I didn't buy condoms, and the cashier is not flirting with me. What's up with you?", I said as I continued walking. I stopped on my tracks again when I realized Jungkook wasn't following me any further. He walked towards me carrying all the bags on one hand and the box of chewing gum on the other.

Right! The box of chewing gum! Maybe he liked it that's why he's grumpy.

"Then what do you call this?", He asked me in his gritted teeth while showing me the box. I blinked and read it aloud.

"Durex, strawberry flavored, Reach heaven safely", I read. He looked at me mouth wide open. "The chewing gum is strawberry flavored. Why is the catch phrase like that?", I asked him. He looked at me again in disbelief.

"Nevermind Jiminssi. You're too innocent. Could've eaten you right now", he whispered. I looked at him.

"What do you mean by that?", I asked him. He shrugged at me and smiled devishly.

I left Jungkook with his hyungs. I entered the house and I almost can hear Keegan's shout.

"Jiminnnnnnn hyungggggg!! What took you sooooo longgggg?? Open it!", she said excitedly as she give me a letter addressed to me.

I looked at my sister wide eyed. It's my admission ticket! I am the exchange student of our school. I'm gonna go to US to learn dancing.

We jump in joy but I frozed when I remembered Jungkook.

I don't want to leave him.

But this is my escape plan.

When he become disgusted with me when the time arrived.

When he doesn't want to see me again.

I'm afraid that he might get lonely without me.

But I'm more afraid of him hating me.

"Jimin hyung are you okay?", Keegan asked. I nodded and smiled.

"Yes, just tired gonna go and get changed", I reasoned out. I was about to go up my room when she called me again.

"Hyung that Jungkook guy, he asked me for a date. I want to go out with him. Would that be okay for you?", She asked me. Jungkook's smile when I dressed as a girl flashed just before my eyes.

Would that be okay with me?

Would that really be okay with me?

What if he falls in love with my sister? And my sister falls in love with him too? What am I gonna do?

You'll gonna runaway Jimin. That's why you have a escape plan right? To prevent yourself from getting hurt you need to get away from here.

But then Jungkook's happiness is my happiness. And my sister happiness is my happiness too.

Then what is your own happiness Jimin?

I don't know. I don't know the answers to my questions. I was left with nothing but a fleeting question.

"Hyung?", Keegan's voice echoed through the house.

" As long as you were both happy", I answered before I entered and locked myself up to my room.

I don't know what to do anymore.
