Hanako's POV

I turn around to see my twin brother, smiling at me. I stumble then fall back.

"T-Tsukasa...!"

"Found you~"

I c-can't move...
I find myself stuck in paralysis, back turned to the wall, Haku-joudai tries to move but Koku-joudai was holding it back.

I try and catch my breath but... can't.

Tears are already starting to seem visible.

Tsukasa looks at me, with that smile, a shiver passes by me.

"Wow, Amane. I gotta admit, your
assistant is quite resilient. Clearly, after
all that, she's still alive."

"W-W-Wha... What did you do
to h... her!?"

He says nothing then grabs me by the collar of my black uniform.

He looks... annoyed. No, he's mad.
But how can he still smile like that,
like... it's nothing. I wish he'd stop being so sadistic or at least, quit being the reason why Yashiro's life span will only get shorter.

"Yashiro-san is special, isn't she? I mean, by the looks of it, you obviously like her- no wait, let me say that again. You love her." Tsukasa muttered.

I've had enough. How can he just say these things. About Yashiro too!?

"Would you... STOP DRAGGING HER TO THIS MESS. THE MESS I MADE! THE MESS I'M TRYING TO FIX!"

"Oh? You mean... killing me? That little 'atonement for your sins' kind of mess? Yeah, that won't do. Your name is written red on the of book of sins, Amane. What you did... cannot be undone."

Yashiro's POV

The doctor discharged me from the hospital the next day, but I stayed at home. Kou-kun watched over me 24/7 ever since and I feel really bad for making him take care of me as much when he still has his own problems and errands to deal with.

Granted, it was Hanako-kun's orders.

I wonder how he's doing. I'm starting to miss him a lot and... well, I'm starting to see Hanako-kun differently. Like different-different.

I think I'm starting to like-

"Senpai, your soup is ready!" Kou interrupts as my daydreams fade.
