Laura Pov
Its been a month since Ross has been in a coma. I miss him so much and the thing is homecoming is in a week and i wont be able to go. Why cant Ross just wake up. Anyways I am on my way to the hospital with my mom driving. Ever since the day he was put in the stupid coma i have visited him every day so that he is not lonely. Or is he even lonely. Well on our way my mom and i were having a conversation until it turned to the topic i didnt ever want to hear: Ross never waking up.
Ellen: sweetie why do you keep visiting Ross? what if he never wakes up?
Laura: i have high hopes okay i know he will wake up one day maybe this week.
Ellen: you said that last week too.
Laura: and i will keep saying it
Ellen: i dont want you to get hurt if one day his heart stops beating and he dies
Laura: stop the car now
Ellen: why
Laura: just stop the car.
She stops the car and i get down and start walking by myself to the hospital.While that my mom is just screamng to me to get in the car i ignore her and keep. After that i didnt hear her any more. It started raining and a lot of people were offering me a rides but i kept saying no. When i got to the hospital i was soaken wet. I went to get my visitor pass like always and i went up to the elevator to Ross's room floor. Every single nurse knew my name already and they kept greeting me. I got to Ross's room and there were a ton of doctors and nurses around him. Then i saw the machine that accelerates his heart to keep pumping. The doctors set me aside. They started to use the machine on Ross. I was seeing everything like a slow motion scene in a movie i started to feel like fainting but i didnt. They were able to start Ross's heart again. I calmed down and went close to Ross. I started to talk to him.
Laura: Ross well homecoming and i wish we could have gone together but well your in this situation and i wont be able to go because it would be like betraying you.
That's when i heard " Lau..laur...laura" coming from Ross. Could it be that he is waking up. Then again "La...Lau..Laura!!" And bam he woke up
Laura: Ross! Ross can you hear me
Ross: laura Laura is that you
Laura: (grabbing his hands and him trying to grab mine) yes Ross its me (screaming to the nurses) he woke up he woke up!
The doctor comes running in but with a needle meaning he is going to sleep him again. I grab the doctors hand screaming to him " No dont sleep him again he is okay, right Ross"
Ross: yes im okay. please doctor dont sleep me again
Doctor: you are not supposed to wake uop until another 2 months.
Laura: two months are you crazy
I was able to take the needle away from him and out of no where i stabbed him with the needle. That was my intention i think but i only injected him with the right amount so that he could sleep for about 5 hours. How do i know well i am what people call a geek remember. I grabbed Ross and was about to run out the hospital until i saw a whole bunch of nurses and doctors.There is no way we are getting out of here or is there.
Laura: Ross i need you to put on the doctors clothes now i'll get out and wait for you. Just knock when your done. Hurry up
Ross: Laura are you sure this is safe what if we get caught
Laura: there is a 50 , 50 chance we will get caught but i dont think so.
Ross:okay im done i also layed him in bed just in case.
