Master Stroms Regret

This is Master Stroms Pov on the events leading up to Malik's rampage and then some. Ok let's get into the story, shall we?

Master Stroms Pov

It had been about five days since my and the Council Masters fled Earth to evade Malik's wrath. I fled to the planet RedSkull for safety, hoping Malik would not find me. I really feel bad. Maybe if we had told Malik who he really was then none of this would have happened. I wanted to tell him the truth, but the council forbade it. I sat on my cot thinking about the events that lead up to him going on his rampage. He was such a very talented young man and though he had anger he was still a polite young one. However, it was very clear early on that he did not like the Council Masters. It was like he could sense that they were not entirely truthful when it came to his past.

He was a very quick learner and easily picked up on techniques that even Master Jedis have difficulty with. His skills with a lightsaber were astounding. I can remember the first time we deluded after he acquired. He beat him to a standstill and could have killed me if he had wanted to. When he got his saber, with his lineage of the dark side I expected him to get a dark red colored saber. Instead, he got the forbidden color and my heart sank. Only a hand few of people knew why that color was forbidden. Everyone started to yell "Cursed child" at Malik and his expression became angry. I went and took Malik to his room to explain why the crowd reacted the way they did.

Malik for whatever reason was not happy with what I had told him. Not only did he speak profanities at my, but he force pushed me out of his room. Up until then, no padawan had ever used the force on there master to harm them. I was force pushed back so hard I went threw the wall. I want to the Council Masters about it and they said I needed to be careful around him. That his powers were growing. When I first brought Malik to Earth they were against it saying "His family ties to the dark side are too much of a risk." I tried to convince them that with the proper training he would become a great asset for the Jedi and bring peace. When the time was right I was going to tell him everything. He was going to be the prime example that just because you were born from the dark does not mean you are destined to become it.

When it was suggested that Malik be sent on his first Sith hunt I thought it would be good for him to travel and see the beauty the galaxy had to offer. Prior to his first assignment, I went to Master Parker asking what he thought. He said it would be good for Malik. We decided to monitor bim during his mission. Before he entered his ship I patted him on the back planting a small camera, it also showed his emotional state. When fighting the Sith his emotions were showing joy and happiness in battle. When he got back I took him for drinks to congratulate him on his first mission.

Years later he was the specialist for Sith hunts and with each mission, I saw his power increase. The Council Masters saw this to sp we made a contingency plan for if he went berserk and a good thing to because we would not be alive if we had not. In the end, he killed everyone except ups had escaped. All of a sudden my communication went off and all of a sudden I was in a group call with all the Council Masters and I answered. "Masters, what is it? Are you all safe and ok?" Master Parker spoke, "Master Brenda is dead, Malik got to her." I was not really surprised because when he put his mind to something he would see it done till the very end. "How did he get to her?" "Master Brenda went to hide on planet Fain-Tasia because she could hide and check on the weapon supply there. Malik must have remembered that we send one of us to check the weapon supply and decided to invade the planet. Killing her in the process."

"Ok, I will be careful. Stay safe Masters and may the force be with us all" with that I end the call. He is most likely to go after the Council Masters first and save me for last. If his missions have shown me anything its that he loves a good hunt and it would be only a matter of time before we all fall victim to his uncontrollable rage.
