Feelings?

You awaken wrapped around someone, your mind murmuring to you that it was your pillow.

Wait a minute

Instantly your eyes widen, sleep no longer fogging your mind as you look down at the sleeping figure beside you. It was Inosuke, or you were pretty sure it was him.

The boar mask was off, revealing his feminine face and blue hair. Almost subconsciously you run your fingers through it, playing with the light of the sun and deep colors.

The boar man squeezed your waist tighter, borrowing his face deeper into your chest. It was honestly kind of cute, though you were curious as to how you got into that position.

You really weren't one to just "go to sleep", your thoughts would keep you awake for hours despite your best efforts.

A gentle breeze blew past you, shifting your attention from the sleeping figure curled around you. The sun was going to set soon, which meant the dangers would begin.

Luckily you picked a small clearing with plenty of sunlight before passing out, which made you give yourself a mental pat of the back.

Now, looking up at the sun set you admire the fading colors of purples and reds. Tanjiro.

Bolting upright you awaken Inosuke, who was not pleased what so ever.

"What the fuck do you think your doing?!" He demanded, grabbing your hand before you could get up fully.

"My friend! I need to get to him, m-make sure hes still alive!" You say, your throat burning as you held in tears. How could you have forgotten him? He could be dead!

No, no that was stupid. Tanjiro wouldn't allow himself to die. He had a goal,mission. People to come home to.

Inosuke was shouting about something as you calmed yourself down, not really listening you just let him pull you back down.

"ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?! FIGHT ME!" He shouted, rolling over on top of you. He looked angry, something in side of you started shrinking away. But you smile instead, letting your calming aura mix with his.

"Im sorry Inosuke-san, but I could never win against you of all people. Your far to strong!" You say enthusiastically, feeling his aura change.

He was off you in a flash, hands on his hips as he let out a maniacal laugh. You tuned him out instantly, standing up to pretend to listen. "-INOSUKE THE GREAT!" He said when you tuned back in.

Giving him a closed eyed smile you praised him some more, knowing it would please him. But it made you happy to please him, and others of course.

Inosuke was only half listening to what you said, his mind continuously drifting back to holding you in his arms. It was frustrating that he didn't know what the strange feeling was, the way his body reacted to your touch. You could feel the shift in his aura again, curious as to what could have caused it.

"Inosuke-san, should we start moving?" You ask, catching his eyes with your own. Instantly he was entranced by the e/c shades of your eyes, the stars reflecting in them.

What the fuck were these feelings?! Out of frustration he shoved you aside, placing his boar mask on with a huff.

Worry picked at you, wanting to know what you had done to offend him. The man had just gotten frustrated all of the sudden, almost like it had been trying to shove something aside.

Turning to face the boar man you begin with,"Inosuke-san I-" but you cut yourself off we you realized you were alone. Feeling the area around you, you felt his presence near by, but had a feeling he didn't want you to follow. So you set off in the direction you and Tanjiro had originally set course for, hoping you might find him along the way.

A sudden rustle in the bushes caught you attention, but before you could do anything you spotted black hair with marron tips emerge.

"Tanjiro!"

*In the distance*

Inosuke watched you disappear from his line of sight, a huge smile plastered on your face. He wasn't sure what you had seen but he knew you had said some ones name, sending a strange feeling throughout his body.

Something was weird about you, something that made him feel things he didn't want to. Huffing Inosuke left, the strange feeling never leaving his mind.

Sorry that is a short chapter, but I'll make up for it in the next one. With the quarantine going on I have more motivation to write (i also have more time) so I should be updating daily -ish depending on the chapter.
