"Will you be at the game today" my boyfriend asked as we spoke on the phone
"I'll see if my boss will let me off early but you know how she is"
"Alright man whatever" he said hanging up
It's been difficult for me to be the supportive girlfriend that makes it to every game because of my job my boss always ask for me to stay after and I didn't have a problem with it buts it's been more recent and on important days like our anniversary.
"Yn I'm not paying you to stare into space" my boss Megan says
"Sorry ma'am"
"Yn I like working with you a lot but you distract me sometimes" she said playing with her glasses
How is that if I barely like talking to you
"How ma'am?" I ask curious
"You're very attractive and I like that" she said waking close to me
"Oh ms I don't get down like that and if you must be reminded I have a boyfriend"
"Yeah that basketball player? Who knows how long that'll last when I know what I have is forever" she said with confidence
"Alright I quit you already take over my whole life and if you think I would sleep with you and I have a boyfriend you're sadly mistaken" I say grabbing all my stuff leaving ima make it to this game baby I promise.
I made it home and right now all I need is a drink and a bubble bath but we got bigger fish to fry.
I made it to the game before tip off and I promise to be the biggest cheerleader

They were in the lead and I was tired I needed to be sleep I'm sleep deprived but being here for him means a lot to him so I'm here.
About 3 minutes were left and I was dosing off in my seat but quickly reminding focus. I waited on the family room couch for him to come out but it seemed like eternity for that so I took matters into my own hands so I went to sleep.
"Aww baby girl you came and you're tired" he said to her knowing she's sleep "I'm happy you came"
He kissed her cheek picking her up.
"Baby?" She asked moving in her sleep
"Yeah baby girl it's me" he said buckling her seatbelt
"Good game babe I would give you some nani but I'm super tired" she said dosing off again
"You can give it to me in the morning don't trip" he said starting the car.
The car ride was silent because big mouth was sleep.
After getting Yn to bed he got in the shower. After getting ready for bed he sat at the edge of the bed with a small black box in his hand
"tonight I was going to make this official on tv but you been working so much you're tired and I get that, you strong mamas I love you I want to marry you " he said thinking Yn was sleep
Turning off the light and going to bed Yn heard him
"And I'll say yes" she said scaring him half to death
They kissed and he slid the ring on her finger
"I love you Yn"
"And I love you more Rui" she said crying
