Oddly, for the first time Alex had been unable to sleep.

At first he didn't know why.

There were so sounds, no lights left on, his night light was on, and the door was closed.

Yet, he couldn't sleep.

At first he wanted to blame the book Uni had showed him as it kept on writing itself when Alex had checked on it periodically.

While he didn't after a while, sooner he had to blame the book, even though it was too coincidental.

There was just something about it that gave Alex an uneasy feeling of nostalgia and familiarity.

It was as if the book was telling Alex someone he knew was still alive to this day.

And to make it weirder, this wasn't just any person.

It was a person who died. A person who he killed. A person who he KNEW he killed caused he slashed their back open right in front of him.

His mind was just a whirlwind of second guessing.

Did he really kill that person?

Did they somehow fake their death?

All this thinking gave Alex a migraine as he groaned and hopped out of bed for a short while.

For once he had accidentally left the tv on as he saw he had left it to his "favorite" channel, the official Lastation News Channel. Run by the greatest group, the Lastation Media.

Alex knew the media ousted him as public enemy #1 ever since he had committed the massacre and they didn't even try to hide it.

Ever since then, the media have always one way or another tried to pin any sort of issue on him.

They've even done it on things that he was never involved with and things that had no correlation with him at all.

To Alex, the media would never stop until he has stopped living in the nation itself.

Even with Uni's help, not much could be done.

Aside from that, they talked about other things which caught his attention, the rise and arrival of new factions.

Alex remembered a talk he had with Bradley about this.

For a while, the Black Ops had been the only faction working within Lastation.

In the last few years, another faction had started and rose to the top at blistering speed.

This new modern faction was called the Black Jacks.

According to Bradlery, they were located on the other side of the nation diagonally from them so their base was near the city.

Alex remembered Bradley saying it was led by a young female Russian, though, Alex was never given a name.

Naturally, Bradley considered them a potential threat as they were closer and on more friendly terms with the general public than they were! Not to mention they were more modern than the old school HQ.

As if on only to add on the modern technology gap, rumors had been circulating that a floating battleship named the Hyperion would be making the Lastation sky it's current home and operating spot for now.

Once the rumors went out, research immediately went into finding out what it was.

In short, the Hyperion is a Japan battleship owned by a Japan school called St. Freya High.

And unlike the Black Jacks, they were able to find out who was I'm charge.

Currently the Hyperion was led by a small, short nun called Theresa Apocalypse.

One odd thing about both factions is that they were both currently lacking something.

The Black Jacks' original leader has gone missing so they had been replaced by another temporary leader who was ruthless which cashed production to slow a bit. Hyperion was currently missing their captain who had gone missing.

Either way, Alex just hoped neither got involved with HQ. He didn't wanna go through another war like he did back at Ishval.

After a few more minutes, he got up and walked over to the Admin Book. He opened it and, as expected, it continued to write itself of things Alex was just doing.

Alex was still a little freaked out about it but he got over it.

"Could she really still be alive?" Asked Alex to himself.

Before he could think, he got an unexpected answer.

"Yes she is."

Alex stared at the book for a decent while. A LONG while.

"W-What?"

"She's still alive."

"AAH!"

Alex immediately panicked and snapped his fingers which caused the book to catch fire.

"O-Oh shit! I-I'm sorry!"

"It's okay mortal one! Look." Soon the flames evaporated away and laterally no damage was done to the book.

"Y-You can talk and you didn't burn!?"

"Precisely."

"H-How!? What even are you!? An inanimate object!?"

"Is that what you people call us? Well, yes. I'm not no normal book. I am one of the Books of the World."

"World, books?"

"Indeed. As on my cover, I am the Book of Administration. However, my true powers aren't as strong without my owner."

"Owner?"

"Each book has an Admin that carries us 24/7. So, the person known as Admin always carries me around. Unfortunately, she ended up accidental dropping and leaving me behind. Thankfully, that twin tailed girl saved me."

"Her name's Uni."

"And now here I am with you. I'd never imagine I'd be with the child of Admin."

"Child of Admin? W-What're you talking about?"

"She's been searching for you for almost 6 years already. She's gotten very close and she'll get closer. She can sense my accurate location once she's close to my approximate location."

"Who's this, "Admin" your talking about!? What do you mean she's getting closer!?"

"Did you not near? I said your the child of Admin. She's close to finding you. And soon the reunion will take place."

"Child. She. Find. Reunion. W-Wait, no! Your lying! I'm clearly to drowsy for this to be believable!"

"Stop listening to your judgement and use your brain for once!"

Alex immediately closed the Admin book.

"I got work tomorrow. So SHUT IT for the rest of the night."

The book never gave out another response as Alex went back to his bed and passed out.
