Sakura hummed happily to a song with no name, swinging back and forth in a nearly empty park. This had to be her favorite time of day. There were never many people and it was so pretty, with the sun shining through the trees, and the blue sky clear and bright. Sakura knew her parents worried that she didn't have friends, but to her, nature seemed like a far better companion.

Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed to people arguing, one appeared to be a Boy around her age, the other several years older. Both sported black hair and the Uchiha crest. She shivered slightly, best to stay away from them. She really didn't feel like being yelled at by fans. The older gestures to the swing, as though trying to convince the younger to do something. She sighed, she should probably leave.

She began to stand to leave when a ball landed at her feet. She looked around and saw the younger boy's frustrated expression and the small smile on the elder's face. Deciding to be nice and possibly convince her parents she didn't need friends, she picked up the ball and started over.

"Here you are" she said simply, giving a small smile. The young boy glared at her, and simply took the ball from her hands. Sakura turned to walk away as her job was done when she heard a smack from behind her. She turned quickly only to see the older boy scolding the younger. "Apologies, I am Itachi. This is my little brother, Sasuke." He sighed. The one identified as Sasuke begrudgingly turned to her ,"Sorry, and thank you for giving my ball back." She looked at the two, "Huh, Siblings are quite odd?"

She turned and headed back toward her mother, giving the two a quick smile and wave.

"Did you make a new friend today, Sakura?" Mebuki hummed, eager to hear about her daughter's encounter with the two Uchiha.

"No, in fact, I think I may have made an enemy" she said simply.

Mebuki sweat dropped, of course she did. She was her daughter after all, and she never got along with anyone.

Sasuke narrowed his eyes at his brother. He didn't need friends, they were a waste of time. They wouldn't help him get any stronger so why would he want any. "Sasuke" Itachi sighed, snapping him out of his daze. "See that girl on the swings" he motioned towards the general area, " She looks lonely, ask her if she wants to play?" "I don't want to, girls are scary anyways" he mumbled. Itachi sighed, but could agree that fans could be scary. Picking up the ball Sasuke was playing with, he threw towards the girl's feet as she was about to get up. Sasuke glared at his brother.

Itachi noted that the girl with unusual hair was very quiet. She had picked up the ball and was walking over. "Here you go," she said simply, holding out the ball. Sasuke snatched it from her hands and glared at her. Why would his brother want him to be friends with her? Her hair was a weird color and she seemed like a walking corpse with how pale she was. She gave him a small smile and turned to walk away, and Itachi then smacked the back of his head. She turned back around at the sudden noise.

"Apologies, I am Itachi. This is my little brother, Sasuke." He sighed, as Sasuke begrudgingly turned to her ,"Sorry, and thank you for giving my ball back." She looked at the two, "Huh, Siblings are quite odd?" She turned and headed back toward her mother, giving the two a quick smile and wave, pink hair swaying in the wind.

Itachi's eyes followed the odd girl noting the Haruno crest on her mother's dress. Interesting. "Sasuke, next time you see her, you should try and make a friend. She seems friendless as well."

Sasuke simply rolled his eyes and began the trek home with Itachi in tow.

"Sakura, once you and your father are done, get ready. There's someone I would like you to meet" Mebuki called. Sakura and her father were outside training. Ever since Sakura had decided she wanted to be a Shinobi a year ago, her father had woken her up at 5 in the morning to begin training. Her schedule went along the lines of;
