'I looked around and found him staring at me with a smile on his face. I smiled back and walked towards him but as I was nearing him, the distance between us started growing. After trying so much I was finally near him. I smiled exhausted and was about to hug him.....'
"Tring....tring...tring..."
I suddenly jolted up and searched for the sound and sadly it was my alarm. I put it aside and sighed deeply realizing it was just another dream. How long? Exhausted I wondered off with my thoughts again, "Knock...knock..." and then I was brought back to reality.
"Honey...you awake?" my mom said softly.
"Yes mom" I replied with monotone.
"Get ready fast dear. I hope you didn't forget about today?"
Hmmm...today?? I tried but couldn't remember about today so, I asked mom, "huh...mom?"
"Rewa, don't tell me you forgot. How can you honey? It is a big day for you."
I remained silent and searched my head for answer but I couldn't remem...
"Rewa...?" Mom called me again.
"Hmmm?" Than I got lost in my thoughts again and tried to remember but couldn't and then.....
"Its your launch day dear. Finally...finally dear. The big day..your big day is here" my mom told me with an excitement in her voice.
I quickly looked at the mark I made on calendar (11 November), then my phone and realized today is 11 November which means the day for my book launch. Finally the day has come which made my heart heavy again and my eyes sparklely with tears. I sighed deeply with exhaustion. 11 November, the day that changed everything.
