Where the days seem to fly so fast,
Iridescent little circles,
Adolescent little laughs lingering,
Splish splash in a small pool,
Bouncy balls bounce in the high sky,
Kites gliding through the air,
Adults wishing they were still there,
Colorful chalk crayons scattered on a sidewalk,
Little bare feet on the green grass,
Running, racing, riding bikes so fast,
The sun, please let it last,
Lemonade and ice cream,
Flip-flops and tank tops,
Euphoria in the air,
Oh how we wish,
We were still without a care
