You and Javi are both former baseball players who played on the same team. Y'all started y'alls baseball careers around the same time so you and Javi made a group that only consisted of the two of you called The Baseball Newbies, which upgraded to The Baseball Pros, and then to The Baseball Legends once y'alls careers peaked. You and Javi were best friends until y'all caught feelings for each other. Y'all were both down for a relationship but there was one problem, it wasn't allowed for you to have a relationship with one of your teammates. That being said, you and Javi became "friends with benefits" throughout the rest of your... well Javi's... baseball career. Javi was fired due to gambling and lost of his money in the process. This caused You and Javi to end the "friends with benefits" arrangement because of Javi's current state. You and Javi sorta forgot about each other, not talking or hanging out for like 3 months. A couple weeks after the 3 month mark hit, Javi messages you and here's the conversation:

J- "hey y/n... so i wanna be your best friend again because i miss you so fucking much... sooo how about we get The Baseball Legends back together? 🥺⚾️"
Y- "i'd love to be your best friend again you big goof! how about we go and get coffee tomorrow morning? we can catch up!! 🥰"
J- "yesss, i'll pick you up at 8:00?"
Y- "sounds good!! i'm excited to you see again~ :3"
J- "i am too!! <3"

After that, You and Javi started hanging out again, you were there throughout all of his ups and downs, including his fathers death... which is when hell broke loose. Kate and David went with Javi's mom after his dad bit her and y'all haven't seen them since. You went with Javi, Mari, Gabe, and Hector (the one who got scratched by Javi's dad if you don't remember). The story starts 4 years later to where it's only You, Gabe, Mari, and Javi... ENJOY WHENEVER I ACTUALLY POST THE FIRST PART, HEHE!! <3
