Ochako and Izuku were busy working. They had been working on the next issue of the All might series.

"Jeez Ochako my hand hurts" Said Izuku.

"I know. But at least we have a few extra days to get this done." Said Ochako.

" Mama! Papa!" Called out Eri coming into the room.

" Hey Eri. Do you want to come see our drawings? " Asked Izuku.

" Yes please" Said Eri. She sat down in between Izuku and Ochako looking at the drawings.

"What is all this?" Asked Eri.

"It's our all might series sweetie. We make comics as our job." Said Ochako.

" I want to read one! " Said Eri.

" Tell you what. Whenever we finish a chapter you can be the first one to read it" Said Izuku.

" Yay! Thanks Papa! " Said Eri with a warm smile.

*Ding dong*

" Hm? Who could that be? " Asked Izuku.

" I don't know. We aren't expecting anyone and its pretty late right now" Said Ochako.

Izuku got up from his spot on the floor to walk to the door to find a policeman outside.

"Um can I help you officer?" Asked Izuku.

" Yes. We had a call a few days ago from a mr Midoriya about a little girl? " Said the policeman.

" That would be me" Said Izuku.

Eri held onto Ochako as they watched from their seats.

"Is the girl here?" Asked the policeman.

" Yes" Said Izuku.

" Alright we are going to need her to come down to the station with us. " Said the officer.

" Am I allowed to come with?" Asked Izuku.

" Yes actually it's very necessary that you come along. " Said the officer.

" Alright just hang on one second please" Said Izuku.

The officer nodded and stepped back a little outside.

Izuku went over to Eri and crouched beside her and Ochako.

"Eri I want you to be brave for me. These are officers so you can trust them" Said Izuku.

" I-i don't want to go" Said Eri starting to shake.

" Your not going alone Eri. I promise everything will be alright. I will be beside you the whole time. Ochako as well" Said Izuku.

" O-o-kay Papa" Said Eri.

*Later

"Hello my name is Naomasa Tsukauchi. How are you today?" Asked a detective in a trench coat.

" Fine but I would like to know what exactly we are here for?" Asked Izuku sitting down in a metal chair with Eri in his lap and Ochako beside him.

"Ah yes. As you know we have arrested this poor girl's father. He doesn't admit to anything so we need a statement and we will need to examine any injures to her of course" Said Naomasa.

" Sir with all due respect, Eri is very hurt from this event and I think recalling everything may just make this worse" Said Ochako.

" I understand that. But if he really is guilty and we can't prove that,  we will have to let him go. He could easily come after her. It's not going to be a good experience, but its better this way" Said Naomasa.

"... Eri do you think you can tell him what happened? " Asked Izuku holding Eri's hand in his.

"I-i can try" Said Eri.

The detective activated a recording device and placed it close to Eri.

"W-well that man has a-always been really mean. H-h-he would always scream at and drink from these b-bottles. And sometimes he would throw them at me and...and...and i-

Eri stopped talking and started to bawl her eyes out. Izuku and Ochako immediately comforted her as best as they could.

Ochako brought out a few tissues and helped clear off the tears and a little snot.

"I believe that is good enough. I understand that you would want to leave now. I just need to get a look at some of her body parts." Said Naomasa.

" I don't think she would be comfortable stripping out in the open like this" Said Ochako.

" I only need to see her arms and legs. " Said Naomasa.

" Alright. It's almost over Eri" Said Izuku hugging onto Eri.

He slowly slid back her sleeves and rolled up her pants up a bit to show several scars. Some big and some small but they were everywhere.

The detective pulled out a camera and did a few photos.

"Alright that's all we needed. Chances are he will get at least 15 years in prison. But I highly suggest keeping a gun with you at all times" Said Naomasa.

" I understand. Thank you for bringing justice" Said Izuku.

" That's my job" Said Naomasa.

*A hour later.

Eri was curled up in a ball. She had stopped crying awhile ago but still seemed sad.

"Papa? Mama?" Said Eri.

"What is sweetie? " Asked Izuku.

" Why did that man do all those... Things to me?" Asked Eri.

"Eri there are just some bad people out there. He was an as- a jerk. But you don't have to worry anymore" Said Ochako.

" That's right Eri. We will protect you for as long as we live. I promise you nothing will ever hurt you again" Said Izuku.

" I love you both" Said Eri.

"We love you too" Said both Izuku and Ochako before kissing her on the forehead.

*Meanwhile.

"Alright we have an appointment. There seems to be a couple with a child. Unfortunately they are children themselves so they can't legally raise a child until they are both 18 and school is done. They still seem to be a year away from both" Said a man at a desk.

" Alright. We will go pick her up tomorrow. What's the child's name? " Asked another man.

" Eri" Said the first man.

Looks like it's about time to say goodbye to Eri....
