"Video Games"

"K-KY?!" I kept looking down, not wanting to show my face for the fear of it being bruised.

"Hey Starboy" it was Kyler, my bestfriend, my...my love... He can't know that though! He hugged me and I cried. I can't believe it... I took him by the hand, not letting him see my face, to my room, where I closed the door.

"Ky! We should play video games!" I suggested, looking at my console.

"Sure!" He laughed. I set up the TV and put in Minecraft, a simple game where we could create anything! I gave him a controller and we created a world. As time went on, we created what we wanted our dream house to be like, of course, I added a game room, heh.

"Gabe?" Kyler spoke up after a bit of joking and messing around while playing.

"Yeah?" I replied, not really paying attention. He saved our game and told me to look at him. I didn't. He said it again and I did. He gasped.

"G-GABE?! WHAT HAPPENED?!" I flinched and looked away. This time I couldn't be strong, this time, I couldn't just look away. I broke down crying.

"P-people at school d-don't like me... They... they beat me and... and they call me names... and they try to kill me..." I can't hold anything back, as I cry into my hands. He pulls me close to him, and I kept talking.

"I'm... I'm sorry I couldn't b-be strong...I'm s-sorry I couldn't be the person you w-wanted me to be..." He had me look at him and said something that changed my life.

"Gabe. No matter what people say, and no matter what people do, I will always love you. You don't have to always be strong, nobody is. I get it. The same happens to me at school, and I wanted to say one more thing..." I clung to him, as he said these words.

"Gabe, I Love You, I will always Love You. I didn't know when the right time to tell you was but I thought now, when you could understand. I-" Before he could finish I cut him off by saying I Loved him too and have for a while, he kissed me.

"So... Are... Are we a thing now...?" I laughed and said yes. He smiled brighter than I have ever seen, god, I Love his smile, I love his laugh, I Love everything about him... he doesn't leave my mind, nor does he leave my heart... I Love You Kyler.
