Four (Final)

Every time Taehyung tries to talk to Jeongguk, the latter avoids him. Walks away or suddenly talks to one of their other friends.

It's impossible to read his mind because Jeongguk is sober and knows exactly how to not think about things Taehyung wants to hear.

"Do you see that?" Hoseok nudges Yoongi and then points to the two youngest of their group of friends.

"Yeah, they're so fucking stubborn. Well Jeongguk is, Taehyung really tries his best." Yoongi shakes his head and puts crisps into his mouth.

"I have an idea but I'll need your help." Hoseok smirks and explains what he wants to do.

Yoongi immediately agrees and they get up to walk over to them.

"Tae, can I talk to you for a moment?" Hoseok nods to a room at the end of the floor.

"Sure but make it short." Taehyung sighs, throws a last glance at Jeongguk before he follows the smaller.

Hoseok stops before they enter. "You can go in first, I have to use the toilet."

Without hesitation Taehyung opens the door and closes it after him. Hoseok looks at Yoongi, waits till his boyfriend gives him the sign and then walks away.

"Hey Gguk, hurry up." Yoongi groans as Jeongguk takes ages to finish the call.

After two more minutes he finally puts his phone away, full attention on the shorter. "I'm sorry but this was my booty call. Make it short." Jeongguk smiles widely, knows that Yoongi doesn't support his choice.

"I hope you know what you're doing. Let's talk somewhere more silent." Yoongi leads him to the room where Taehyung is waiting inside. "Go ahead, I need to use the bathroom first."

"Okay, please come back soon." Jeongguk opens the door and as soon as it closes, Hoseok shows up with a key and locks the door from the other side.

This room has no windows or a second door to escape. They are forced to talk and Yoongi as well as Hoseok won't give in before they did.

Taehyung jumps up from the bed when he sees his best friend, he wants to hug him but holds back. The older isn't dumb, knows exactly that something is wrong between them. "Ggukie hi." It's the most he has talked to him for a bit more than a week.

Jeongguk only nods, he doesn't ask why Taehyung is there, he has heard the key turning and has no other choice then to talk to him. Yoongi can be a stubborn idiot when it comes to things like these.

"Hi." He sighs deeply, sits down next to Taehyung who looks hurt seeing his marks.

It's silent then. Jeongguk rolls his eyes and turns his body to the other. "Taehyung." He starts. "Let's get it done so we can leave, okay. I have a booty call waiting for me."

"Oh." Taehyung sounds more hurt but clears his throat, sits up more straight. "Yeah, I'll talk first." He says and nibbles on his lower lip. "I like you Gguk, I even think that I've fallen for you." Taehyung isn't holding back now, knows that it's time to reveal his feelings.

"What?" Jeongguk is shocked. "But I've heard you say that you only see me as a brother not long ago."

"Huh, when did it say that?" Taehyung is taken aback, tries to remember and suddenly he does. "Oh, Yoongi."

"Yeah. I was there eavesdropping." No need to lie about that. It's what he did and Jeongguk wants to be honest.

"I see, but didn't you listen to the whole conversation? After I said this I also said that it has changed and I've figured out that I see you as more than just a friend." Taehyung tells him about the bar incident then, about the kiss with Jae and that he has tried to confess to him but he had ignored his texts.

"Fuck, I'm so stupid." Jeongguk rubs his nape, what has he done? He had slept with two different guys the past week, only to forget about him but it hasn't worked at all. "Tae I'm so sorry. If I had known, I wouldn't have slept around, I would have confessed to you too face to face."

"Baby, I mean Ggukie, it's okay. You didn't know and I can understand why you did it." Even though it hurts, he isn't mad at the younger.

"So what now?" Jeongguk looks at him cluelessly.

"How about we try it. If you still want me, we can-" Taehyung is interrupted by strong arms around his neck and a face buried into his neck.

"I still want you." Jeongguk's voice is muffled. "I wanna try it."

Taehyung wraps his own arms around Jeongguk's middle, inhales his scent and smiles. "I'm glad."

They sit there like this for a few minutes, Taehyung is listening to Jeongguk's thoughts and can't help but kiss the younger's head.

Jeongguk knows that he's doing it, it's easier to say things in his mind than to say it out loud. 'I've missed you so much. Never in my life have I thought you'd like me back after hearing you talk to Yoongi.'

Taehyung hums but doesn't say anything, he tightens the hug and continues listening.

'I really wanna kiss you right now.'

This makes the older lean back. "Are you sure?"

Jeongguk nods with a shy smile. "Yes was never more sure about something."

Taehyung leans slowly in, their eyes are locked and it feels like minutes until their lips meet. The kiss is soft, they don't move much but it's the best feeling they have experienced for a long time.

There's no doubt anymore, Taehyung is so deep into Jeongguk, has fallen hard and unstoppable.

A knock on the door makes them part. "Are you guys talking?"

Jeongguk chuckles. "If you call kissing talking, then yes."

A gasp and the turn of the key announce that they're going to come in. Jeongguk tries to sit back but Taehyung doesn't let him. "Stay like this. I like it."

Yoongi and Hoseok enter the room with a wide smile. "Aaw, look at them baby, aren't they cute?" The older one says, pecking the other's lips.

"They are, young love is so beautiful." Hoseok grins.

Taehyung rolls his eyes but isn't annoyed at all. "Can we have a bit more privacy?"

"We aren't done yet." Jeongguk adds.

The older couple gets the hint and leaves them alone. Yoongi thinks about to throw condoms over to them but a groan from Taehyung who has heard it makes him close the door fast.

"We aren't done yet?" Taehyung raises a brow, looking at Jeongguk.

"Well, I wanna enjoy more kisses and cuddles before we go back to them." He shrugs but moans softly when Taehyung attacks his lips again.

"I hate those marks. It will take days until they fade." The older pouts after they part.

"I can use makeup to hide them. Soon you can give me new ones." Jeongguk wiggles his brows and squeals when Taehyung starts to tickle him.

The rest of the boys are outside the room, hearing what's going on inside.

"Finally!" Jimin groans. "I really thought that they'd never come together."

"Right?" Seokjin laughs. "Taehyung can be so oblivious at times. I knew that there are hidden feelings since Jeongguk had his first boyfriend. Remember when he tried to find reasons of why this guy isn't good for him and Jeongguk believed it so he broke up with Yugyeom?"

"Oh God, how can I forget that." Namjoon says. "Or when Jeongguk talked about his ideal type which was an exact description of Taehyung but he didn't get it and pouted for like two hours."

They gossip more, Taehyung and Jeongguk can hear everything. "Was I really that oblivious?"

"Yes baby, it was so frustrating." Jeongguk chuckles. "But now I finally can call you mine."

They lay down on the bed and continue their make out session. Happy that they finally have each other.
