Hi guys~ it's been a while since I last wrote a fic. Blame on my lazy ass for that. This was supposed to be a gift for Valentine but then I can't make it on time, plus I was on vacation and still not in holiday mood after I came back. So.. yeah. Pardon my mistakes.

Anyway, errr... this was supposed to be a romantic oneshot but somehow, there's a little bit brutality in here, idk how it ended up that way. Hahahahahha... anyway.. enjoy~

Happy belated Valentine. Still Feb! ^^V

The sound of hurry footsteps came running made everyone in the class turned around to see the culprit that disturbing the peace.

"Sorry... I'm... late,"

He apologized despite lacking oxygen due to his sprint. The instructor and his classmates resume the class as if nothing happened. He sauntered to his seat while trying to catch his breath when no one was responding to his apology.

The sweet smell was quite alluring though he was not a fan of sweet things. Going through the list that had been prepared for them, the desserts that they will prepare were Pavlova and chocolate with fillings. For someone who was not fond of sweets and desserts, how did he end up in the baking class? Blamed it on his sister for actually dragging him to accompany her in one of her classes. He had been grunting all the way long but his complaints went out of the door when he saw the lean figure of that person.

Beautiful.

That was the only word that crossed his mind. How can a man be so handsome and at the same time beautiful too? That was just cruel. Too cruel for his heart. Even his personality was beautiful. Maybe it was just how being an instructor is but that man was really helpful and patiently teaching the whole class step by step. Repeat over and over till they get to do it with his velvety voice.

And being the smitten lad he was, he signed up for his Thursday night class —which was baking class as it was the only one that did not clash with his work schedule for that month.

"Kongpob!" a sharp voice brought him out of his reverie. He looked up only to meet with an angry glare.

"Please follow my instructions once you're done daydreaming cause the desserts won't cook by itself unless you start doing it!"

"Sorry, P'Arthit."

Great. Not only you came late to his class, now you aren't concentrating on his class. (As if you can focus anyway XD). Sometimes, he can be sharp-tongued when he has to. Kongpob wore the apron and tried to pay attention to the class as today he came with a purpose in his mind and he did not want to ruin it.

"So, before we start making Pavlova... let's preheat the oven. Next, we have to ensure that all the tools are clean and no traces of grease. We can wipe it with lemon or vinegar. Just dab your tissue with vinegar and wipe them; the mixer, spatula, etc. Pavlova might seem easy to bake but it's one hell of a sensitive cake."

Kongpob meticulously followed every word as today's recipe seemed a bit more difficult than the previous one despite having simple ingredients. Kongpob was a little bit nervous when he reached the step of separating the egg yolk. He knew that he would definitely break the yolk.

Shit!

As expected, he broke the yolk and now the white egg cannot be used. He tried for another egg and still failed. He looked around and realized that he was the only one struggling with the eggs while the rest had done the next step. Kongpob could not help but bite his lips. At this rate, he will be left behind and all his plans will go down the drain.
