(ALAINA'S POV)

Then next morning I woke up to my phone ringing

Hello,I asked

Hi...is this alaina,the man asked

Yes,I say

Well...we have found tyler and have you been aware that this will be his third strike for beating,the man asks

No, I say

Well...he is down here at the station and he have admitted to what he has done and we need you to come down to the station and answer some questions,the man says

Ok...I will,I say

Ok..come down when you can,The man says hanging up

I then get out of bed trying not to wake up esha and then joel ends up waking up

Morning,he whispers

Morning,I whisper back,I have to go down to the station because they found tyler,I say

Oh...well good luck,he said smiling

Thank,I say getting my cloths and then getting changed in the bathroom and then I grab my phone and purse and sunglass and leave the room

I then go knock on troy and ryans door and troy answers

Hey alaina...what are you doing here,he asks

Ok...This may sound weired, but you know about the tyler thing and by the way forgot to tell, but dont tell ahren any thing,but I want you to go down to the station with me,I ask

Sure...let me just get my phone and we will go,troy said going back into his hotel room and then he came back out

Lets go,he says smiling

We got down to the police station and sure enough they had tyler. me and troy went up to the desk to tell them we were here

Name please,the lady asked us when we got up there

In here for questioning,the lady asked looking down at her computer

Yes,I say

And who is this with you,She asks

Troy brady..he's a friend,I say

Ok...well he will have to wait out here while we take you back,the ladys says

Ok I will go sit down....good luck,troy says to me

Then another officer took me back to a room with a tabel.

I sat down and then an officer came in a sat down

So...are you Ms.Alaina,he asked

Yes,I said back

Well...lets see...your boyfriend beat you,he said looking down at his papers

Yes sir,I say

And we have him in coustedy,the man said

Then I just noded

Ok...so explain what all happend,he asked

Ok...well I stayed in my friend ahrens room after we got done hanging out the day before it happend and I was going to get a tattoo and then I woke up the next morning and went back to my room and tyler was there so I told him I was going to hang out with joel and I sorda lied because he hates ahren and he doent tell me why and I took my dog and went to joels room and told him I was hanging out with ahren, so I went to ahrens room and we went to his sisters to get a tattoo and when we got back ahren walked me to the door and then I went into my hotel room and I knew tyler wasnt drunk and he told me
he saw I want with joel and I told him where I actully was and then he slapped me and I fell and then he kept kicking me over and over and then he slapped me again and every thing went blank,I told him slowly.

Ok...well one has he beat you before two this will be his third strike and could mean he is in prison for life and are you aware of that and two do you think you might guess why he doesnt like ahren or you hanging out with him,he ask

Ok well..he has left bruises on my wrist before because he wants to force me to have sex with him and im aware of that now and im guessing he hates ahren because he thinks I like ahren,I say slowly

Ok....well we have to ask question to all your band memeber tomorrow if you will give me a list of there names and tomorrow you will have court and tyler had admitted to what he has done,he says

Ok well...there joel birch, bel birch, esha birch, troy brady, ryan burt, and ahren stringer,I say

Ok...be in at court at 1:30,he says getting up, and good luck,he says

When I get back out there troy get up and asked me what happend and I told him and me and troy left the station and grabbed a bite to eat and then went back to the hotel.

When we got back to the hotel troy said I should really go talk to ahren, so maybe I should.

I walked to his door and stuid there for a minute and then knocked and he opend the door.

Alaina...I havnt seen you all day...is every thing all right,ahren asks

I havnt told you something,I say getting teary eyed

What is it,he asks looking scared

Not last night but the night before..t-tyler t-tyler,I studderd

Tyler what,he asked

He beat me...ahren,I said

Then he got that pissed off faced and closed the door as fast as he could and I broke down in tears sliding down the wall to sit.

...Did he not care about me any more,did he hate me,is he just mad,whats he going to do,does he not now what to say,does he not want to help me....so many questions running through my head after he did that.

I walked back to joel room bawling my eyes out, I opend the door and joel, esha, and bel were watching tv sitting on the couch and right when they saw me they came over and hugged me

What happens sweet heart,bel asked

I-I t-told ahren,I studderd through my tears

Joel then rushed out of the room and I knew were he was going.

Bel and esha comforted me for a little bit and then me and esha got are pajamas on and we laid down and fell asleep while bel went and saw what joel was doing.
