3rd person pov~~~
The morning at the hospital was quite shocking, people all over were healed the people all over were better than ever. The people on the verge of death to the patients that were waiting to be checked, those who had an overnight shift felt alive and strong to carry out their new day. And all done unexpectedly by a baby. The morning staff started to come in to help test every patient just to realize that they have all in a great state. Now signatures of doctors left and right granting the permission of all patients to leave. Leaving the little miracle worker to the end.
In Izumi's room~~~
The doctor walked in with a huge relief to see how the little angel is now giggling with her mother. "Midoria, how are you doing today?" The doctor asked "I feel great!!! And my burned is all healed up now!!!" The little green bean replied with joyfulness." Say, sweetie, how smart are you? Ma'am do you happen to know her IQ? She happens to be quite bright for her age." The doctor seemed ecstatic asking for answers, earning a smile from the mother as she shook her head "Well to be quite honest I don't know, she just picked thing up on her own and as crazy as it may sound she learned how to read, write and speak on by herself. God, she can even do math, that is the subject I mostly have trouble with," she said as she sighed, the idea of her baby growing up too fast did not sit well with her. "Oh my, well will need to run a few tests, and then with the positive results you'll be able to go home" and with that, the doctor stepped closer to the baby "Hey, sweetie, this is gonna hurt a little ok. Theirs a possible chance that you may have your quirk" she didn't have to wait long for it to come then. Normally you have to wait till your four and she just become an exception, little Izumi flashed a blinding smile. " Then do what you must, sooner is better than better" the doctor nodded and walked next to the bed and asked for the mother to stand by the baby for safety reasons.
Izumi's pov~~~
As the doctor took a needle out she cleans my chubby thigh and inserted the needle and it hurt. I started to sob, it hurt. "Hush my little baby, it's almost over ok" I nodded to my mother's words and thought of telling Suki about all of this, and smiled. Before I knew it the doctor was already out and back with results, but to my surprise, my leg didn't hurt,it's as if it heals on its own. I now sit impatiently on the bed questioning my results. "Well, ma'am it's now confirmed that your child is the youngest human in history to manifest a quirk. And to add to the surprise she has an unknown quirk! We can tell that theirs more to it but right now she has developed a capacity to heal." The doctor said amazed at the situation, the next wave of doctors should definitely have her in their ranks."So then, MOMMA I CAN BE A HERO ONE DAY!!!!!" The little bush jumped on her bed and the mother smiled and hug her child with happy tears. "I know baby, your dream can become a reality" then the doctor coughed getting our attention "Well miss we here at the hospital wouldn't want to burden you with a worry of a hospital bill as of right now we are letting all of the patients go. If you are about to question why it's because of your baby. She healed even those destined not to see the next sunrise. She a miracle, an angle. So on behalf of the hospital, we will give one-fourth of every patient's medical bill to her and save it in a bank account and she will have access to it at the age of 15 an-" the doctor rambled happily but mom cut them off. "Oh no, it's ok you don't have to my baby couldn't have caused that," and the doctor shook her head " But she did and for that, we are very grateful and hope to see her soon, as a visit of course. If you don't mind can I ask little Izumi a question?" The mom ruffled her daughter's hair and nodded. The doctor looked at me in the eyes and asked "Sweetie, do you have any idea on how you did it? How do you heal yourself and others? It was amazing seeing such power radiated from basically a toddler." The doctor seemed curious. I smiled and reply "Well to be honest I was dreaming and I saw me, but I had wings, like an angel! And then I saw the people hurt, and then this soft light came from my hands and it heals the people around me. But then I saw Daddy and he burned me, I got really scared, then I felt hot and then 'fowshh' the light in my dreams healed me waking me up and the light expanded as much as I could before sleeping again. And it worked!!!! Now I have to train more and become a better healer" I muttered giggling at my dream.
Third pov~~~
The shocked mother and doctor stood there taking in the given information coming out of the two and a half years old girl. "I thank you so very much and on behalf of the hospital, you can rest a sure that you will never worry about medical bills nor your future descendants" the doctor hugged the baby tight "You can go home now, and please don't forget to visit" the mother and the baby smiled "We won't, thank you" the mother nodded and headed out the door.
On the way home Inko and Izumi took the train and walked to her pre-school.
Inko's pov~
With what Hisashi had said I will take Izu out of school and quit my job, then go home and prepare dinner. As soon as I arrive we were greeted and then I went on to explain why I was there and walked to the office with my Izu in my arms "Hello, I'm sorry I know I just enrolled my daughter in this school but I'm here to take her out" the principal hearing the shocking news "Well, do you think theirs a way to keep her coming? We can adjust all classes and educate her" I shook my head and I felt my baby shift a bit in my lap and I look at her as tears were forming in the corners of her eyes. I sighed a long sigh and spoke "You see I'm going to be homeschooling her and we'll be attending the hospital to train with her quirk. She is the youngest child to manifest their quirk and they would like to keep an eye on her. So I'll be able to adjust her schedule if I teach her." And as the principal seem to take in the news he gave off a bitter expression. "Very well then I'll get the papers for you to sign and we'll be sending a teacher to report on how she's doing" this troubled me so I shook my head in response "she'll start at a first-grader level if she seems to be doing better then I'll fix the work to her adjustments and we'll work from there" then the little child looked at the principal "Well if Mommy says it's for the best I'll go. But can you please tell my class bye and tell them to smile because one day I'll see them once again with hopes of catching a smile" she smiled brightly and he nodded in agreement I signed the papers and left the school. Izu fell asleep in my arms on the way home so then I thought of making some pork-filled onigiris for dinner. I walked in comfortable silence home as the spring flowers blossomed and the fresh evening was setting. Hoping it's not the last time I feel this peace. After all I need to leave Hisashi soon to make sure Izumi will have no memories of him in the future.
