6) Eliminating the competition

Bakugo's POV

After weeks of crushing on jiro I was getting impatient, she was so cute and didn't even notice! She was always on my mind. I couldn't focus. I would stare at her from across the classroom only to Aizawa-Sensei to yell at me about not paying attention. After a while I realized something, pikachu had feelings for her too. I am going to be the number one hero and Jiro is going to be at my side, not his! I had to come up with a plan to eliminate the competition...

Time woosh (in mina's dorm)

I went over to mina's dorm because she would know how to do this because she loves romance.
"Oi, Mina!"
"What bakugo?" Mina replied.
"I need your help,"
"Oooo, bakugo katsuki needs my help? This'll be interesting!"
"DON'T YOU DARE LOOK DOWN ON ME!" I clenched my fists and yelled.
"I'm not, I swear!" She laughed.
"So I need your help, you like romance right?"
"It's so cute! Lemme guess, you like Jiro but Denki already likes Jiro so you want to solidify your friendship into a relationship with her before he can?"
"Ummmm, yeah pretty much.."
"I notice how you both stare at her likes she's everything a person could need!" She chuckled.
I grumbled under my breath with a faint blush across my cheeks,
"Could you just tell me how to win her heart?" I asked.
"Just take her to a romantic place and confess!"
"Where would a 'romantic' place be?"
"She told me she likes music a lot, take her to that music plaza that's open on friday nights and confess!" She said in an excited tone.
"What if she rejects me?" I said worried.
"Get over her!I know a ton of girls who would date you if you tried to be a tad nicer to them!"
"Okay, thanks, pinky!" I ran back to my dorm and started my plan. I should get her chocolates! But it's only Tuesday, the chocolates will have melted by Friday... I'll buy them on Thursday!

Text message time

J: Hello
B: are you free on Friday night?
J:Yup!
B: Wanna go to the music plaza downtown on Friday?
J: Sure!

J:See you!

Texting mina

B: SHE SAID YES
M:Good for you! Best of luck!
B:Don't need it!
M: You were starting to start acting soft on me! Good to know you haven't lost all your temper!
B: Heh
M:See you tomorrow!

3rd POV

He danced around his room for the next few minutes until he realized he had forgotten to do his homework. He was humming a song while doing his homework until he realized it wasn't him making any of the music anymore. He tip toed down the stairs (most of the students were doing homework and didn't like distractions) following the sound of the music. It was coming from Jiro's room. He put his ear against the door and heard her singing.
Put your head on my shoulders~
Hold me in your arms, baby~

Her voice was absolutely entrancing that he didn't want to leave the door, he quickly ran up to his room, and got his homework and went back to the door so he could listen to her voice while doing his homework. He ended up falling asleep there. Jiro found him the next morning sleeping, homework finished, but a complete mess.
