So I was just daydreaming and thought about this. It's just a small summary/backstory of something.

Nethrian Prince Skylar Rakasha was a well-known and extremely beloved god of balance and justice. To the people across all dimensions, he stood for hope and safety. People trusted him and flocked to him for protection. They even loved the prince enough to buy him an extremely rare and expensive breed of canine for his birthday. His patience and kindness baffled even the titan of the light, Notch, and sometimes annoys his bodyguard, Ian Stapleton. Although he was known to bicker a lot with the Endrian princess and goddess of rebels, Viper Drakon, they were later caught making out by her youngest brother, Tyler Drakon, or better known as Enderlox. He was the perfect person in everyone's eyes.
However, everything spiraled into a downfall during an interview with a paparazzi.
About half an hour of questioning and pictures in, he gets this question: "Your Highness, have you found a solution to your family's curse? The Curse of the Brine?"
The world froze for Sky as his heart dropped. His eyes widen. "I-I beg your pardon? What curse?"
The paparazzi realized his mistake. "Did... Did you not know?" He couldn't believe that everyone except the royal children knew about this curse. He refused to believe it.
Sky shook his head. Anger and confusion rose within him. "N-no. This-this is news to me." was all he could manage to say before the paparazzi exploded with questions.
Sky refused to answer any of their questions.
"Excuse me." He says before he pushed past them, careful of not getting his cape caught.
He stormed into the throne room expecting answers. He ignored that his father and mother were listening to a guard rattling off reports. "What the hell is the Curse of the Brine?" He interrupted.
The guards were shocked at his rudeness and that the fact that he doesn't know. The king kept his stern expression while the queen looked uneasy.
"Mind your place, Prince. You're with people—"
"And you're dodging the question!"
The queen leaned down to the guards. "Leave us." She whispered and turned her attention to her son as the guards scurry out of the room, afraid of the anger in the prince. "Skylar. We need to have a talk."
"Don't tell him! He's not ready!" The king interrupted.
"And why is that?!" Sky snapped angrily.
"That is enough! Herobrine, he is eighteen! He is a child no longer! He's the sole reason why our soldiers' morals are up and why our people feel protected by us! He more than ready to hear about your mistake!" The queen snapped at her husband.
She started her explanation. "Skylar, the Curse of the Brine is very dangerous. It originated from an experiment of a part of the magic your father performed. It corrodes the morals and defenses of the person. We suspect that it creates a demon in the person and takes over them until they're no more."
Sky raised an eyebrow. "'Suspect?' You 'suspect?' You don't know what it even is, do you? How are we supposed to cure it if we don't know what it is?"
Herobrine shakes his head. "There is no cure, son. We, as well as Waglington, looked. It's a mistake that'll stay with us."
"You've been showing symptoms since you were only a babe. You confirmed our fears of it being hereditary." Sky's mother joined in. "Do you remember the name Skybrine?"
