The Next Day

Chapter 5

Tessa's POV:

I woke up with a smile on my face no worries at all, the only thing that went through my mind was Matthew and how I just wanna love him and be with him.

With that thought in my mind I hopped in the shower did my routine and out picked out my clothes, a baggy gray shirt sweets and black high top converse.

I combed my hair then put it in a high ponytail, I walked over to a my window to see Matthew in a button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and khaki shorts.

He walked over to his window and said '' Why good morning beautiful'' I blushed and said '' Morning, do you wanna walk to school today we have like 40 minutes untill it starts''

He gave it some thought '' nah just come over I'll make you some breakfast and then you will take my car to school, and on top of that go change in to some black skinny jeans with a dark red crop top and leave your high top converse on ok?''

My jaw was wide open he knew fashion and he could cook he is every thing a girl wants in a guy '' wow ok then'' I said. I changed my outfit and picked up my backpack and left to his house.

I knocked on the door it smelled like French toast.Matthew opened the door with a smile '' Good you changed, come in, have a seat'' I did as I was told.

Man he acts like if he is my boyfriend that I have known forever and he now has the right to boss me around.

We finished our food and we were getting in his car then he jumped in front of me and opened my door '' My lady'' he said pointing to the door '' Why thank you '' I said as I was getting in. Before he closed my door he gave a peck on the cheek I smiled and he went on the other side and started the car.

'' Hey, do you mind if I play my music in your car?'' '' Yea sure go ahead'' I take out my phone '' Thanks. '' My favorite song comes on its called Smile by Uncle Kracker.

I notice the whole time I was singing he kept staring at me and smiling. I caught him starring stop the music and said '' why do you keep staring at me like that? '' he just shrugged.

We got to school and he got out the car and opened it for me. ''Thanks '' he smiled and left with his group but before I left, I heard Carter say something

'' Hey Matt did you hook up with Tessa 's last ?'' I froze when I heard him say that '' Nah man she just left to her place, she didn't even come over so... Yea ''

I was surprised at what he said '' Its alright dude no ones been able to tap that so good luck'' Nash said.

I was really surprised at that whole conversation, I know its gonna be stuck in my head for the whole day so I just left to my first class.
