A dark crackling shot of thunder rumbled through the house, shaking the glasses in the cabinets as the bowls stacked neatly now shaken and messy.

The heavy rain pounded restlessly on the windows.

Just like the storm 10 years ago.

Unforgiving lightning with flash floods all around the city. If you even stepped outside for a second, you'd return soaked.

A flash of lightning brightened the dark house for a second, and earth-shaking thunder soon followed.

A single picture frame fell from a shelf, the glass frame shattering, the picture it held inside scratched and slightly damaged.

The photo was a picture of Katsuki and Izuku on their wedding day.

The memory was broken, gone, forgotten... as if it never happened.

He didn't remember anything. He didn't know his way around the house. He didn't know who this mystery person who was in all these pictures were. He didn't know where he was. It was like a movie, slowly fading out.

Adult life... gone.

College... gone.

High school... fading.

Middle school... blurry.

Elementary... gone.

He was confused and lost. He was alone in the house against the violent storm that rests outside. All he knew was his name.

Izuku Midoriya.

He flipped through everything, but he couldn't pin anything down. It was like waking up from a dream. You wake up already forgetting half, but as the day goes on, you forget more and more, until it's all gone.

Red hair, spiky teeth.

Brown hair, red cheeks.

Blue hair, silver glasses.

Blonde hair, red eyes.

It was all a blur.

Tears spilled from his eyes, both of frustration and sadness. Silent tears became gritted teeth and strained expressions, that became sniffles, and now all that was heard were choked sobs and thunder.

He leaned his head onto the wall, letting out a cry as if to call for help, someone to guide him, help him, save him.

But no one was there.

The distant slam of a door snapped him from his destroying thoughts. He wanted to get up, find protection in case it was an intruder... but he didn't care anymore. So what?

Hurried steps rushed up the stairs, and soon, the door to the room he was in swung open.

"Deku?"

The man that was hidden by the shadows walked towards him, drenched in water from the rain. The man tried to grab him, but he only squirmed, sobbing and screaming for help.

"STOP!" he cried. "GET OFF ME!!" he kicked and swung his arms, but gave up. His screams and cries were useless. Tears fell down his cheeks as he stopped trying.

"Are you alright?" the man asked, his voice oddly gentle and concerned.

The light turned on.

Blonde hair... red eyes...
