Christmas Party

The party went on and all of us are having fun.
I don't see Jungkook and his girl anywhere so I guess they left. But it can't be.
"Eunwoo, did you see Jungkook?" I asked Eunwoo who's having fun with his members. "Oh, I think I saw him go to the bathroom." He said and continued partying.
The music stopped which made everyone whine.
Who the hell decided to ruin the fun?
"Where's Yoongi? Isn't he backstage? Why did he turn the music down?" I asked one of the workers.
"Yoongi went out and called someone to take over." He said and I thanked him.
Just then, someone stood in the middle of the stage. Jungkook?
"Everyone, I'm here to tell the truth that I have been hiding for a year." He started and everyone gasped. "I fell inlove with a girl named Mina. We dated secretly and lived a happy life. Until one day, she became distant. I have suspected that she was cheating on me, and to my surprise, I was right."
Everyone continued whispering as they listen to what Jungkook says.
"I recently heard that she died. Her absence pained me but hearing from others that she had passed tore me into pieces." He continued.
"Serves her right." One person said. I look at them and it was that idol who stole others' boyfriend in her highschool days.
"Maur..." I heard Yoongi whispered. "Yoongi! This wouldn't happen if you stayed there!" I shout at him, making a few people look at us. Luckily it was the team.
"I fell inlove with a girl named Mina."
"She became distant... She was cheating on me."
"Her absence pained me but hearing from others that she had passed away tore me into pieces."
His words kept repeating in my head. Lies. Lies!
"Fuck! Get Hoseok over here." I command one of the bartenders. "Yes, ma'am."
After a short while, a panting Hoseok came.
"Hoseok! He ruined our plans! What do I do?" I shout-whispered. "Calm down, we'll think about it. For now let's go to your hotel." He said and I sighed.

Hotel
Everyone gathered, even PD-nim came. They stood there looking at me as I sat on my bed. I looked down and tried to clear my thoughts but Jungkook's lies still stuck on my mind.
"Shit. There's articles about him. It's not a good thing for us because all of the articles show pitty for him, and he's gaining more attention now." Namjoon informed us as he scrolls on his phone.
Think, Maur, Think!
"Wait! Where's my phone?" I asked them and Jimin handed me my phone.
I dialed a specific number that I've been waiting to call.
"Kim Taejoon, how are you?"
□"Maur! I'm happy that you called me. I'm guessing you want me to publish it?"□
"Yes, that's right. Also, blur my face, make sure your article will ruin his name."
□"I've been preparing this article for a year, don't worry."□
"Okay, just publish it and we'll see." I said and ended the call.
"Who was that?" PD-nim asked. "The famous reporter that I've hired. Just you guys see what I have prepared."
