Lauren's POV...
"Hey babe, how are you? Is London Great?" she ask
I was currently talking to my girlfriend Lucy, she is going to be home in two days from Paris
she spend 3 months in there and I miss her so much.
"I'm fine, still the same, nothing change" I said as she just chuckle.
"So... you're going to be home in two days right? I ask while playing my pen that I'm holding
I frown when I heard her sigh
"I don't know, maybe next week or month there are many designs that I need to finish before the fashion runways." She said as I let out a sigh and not wanting to show my disappointment. Its been 3 months we didn't see eachother.
"I'm so sorry Laur but I promise, I'll try to be home next week."She said with busy voice
"Fine but maybe next week I was not in London, I was going on my bussiness trips, but don't worry I'm going home by Saturday. " I explained her my schedules
I can feel she's rolling her eyes on ther other side
"Ok then, but you need to pick me up at airport in Monday next week" She demand
"Ok. " I got cut of by her.
"I'm sorry Lauren, but I really need to go, I miss you I hope to see you soin. She said before hunging up, without giving me a change to say "goodbye'
I look at my phone and I scold myself in head at how stupid I am.
"Ms. Jauregui, Ms. Cabello is in the line, do you want to talk to her?" Ms. Kordei my secretary said breaking out of my thoughts.
I response with a nod as she walk out of my office. I pick the phone.
"Hello?"I said in the formal voice. "Ms. Jauregui we need to talk." She said, you can hear nervousness in her voice
" Ms.Cabello can I ask why?" I ask and furrow my brows in confusion.
"I want to know the truth."
