It's true how they say you don't know how much you love something until it's gone. It was my brother for crying out loud. I would give the world to get him back.

*flash back* "Will you walk me home from school Zeak." I plead hopefully, whenever Zeak walks me from school we go get ice cream. "Josh you know I have practice on Fridays."responds Zeak in his usual, it's all good, tone "PPLLEEAASSEE!!! "I try again hoping for him to give in, Zeak is always at practice can't he miss just one. "No, coach Pon got really angry last time I skipped practice." "Fine, but you better crush those stupid lions Wednesday," In a sing song voice i add on,"I'm pretty sure Sarah wouldn't be to happy either."You're gonna pay for that brat." Zeak states playfully as he lounges for me. I know how much he likes Sarah so I try and mess with him as much as I can. *End flashback*

Zeak usually came home around 5 after practice since he walks home. But that day, he was late. So I waited a couple hours then called mom. Apparently he wasnt even at practice. The second I found that out I knew for sure something was wrong. Zeak was never late, he was your average goody-goody kind of guy. I can't even tell you how long I refused to speak to anyone once he left, I just became antisocial and all I ever thought about were answers. Police would say "it's gonna be okay kid, I'm sure your brother will be home within a week. The cops would tell my parents "he's just another runaway case, I'm sure he'll be home within the week." But week turned into months and months turned into years and it didn't take a genius to know he wasn't coming home.
