Karan cupped her face from one side & leaned towards her lips but suddenly preeta shouted..

He was working in his cabin then a person knocked the door..

Karan : come in ( put files on desk & looked at her ) haa bolo riya..

Riya:  okk sir ( she left )

Karan moved towards his private office room where preeta was sleeping . He looked at her & sat beside her

Karan ( checked her forehead ) : abhi normal h.. lekin phir ho gya to..

Preeta ( sleepy ) : tum..

She tried to sat but couldn't..

Karan : aaram se..

He made her sat properly.. she gets lost in his concern..

Karan : are u ok ?

She didn't reply & was only looking at him..

He lightly shaked her.. she came back to senses..

Karan : kaha kho gyi thi.. thik ho na..

Karan : mujhe tumse kuch baat karni thi..

She just hummed in response..

Karan : mujhe bahar jana tha office ke kaam tha.. tumhari tabyat ab thik h na..

Preeta : ( in mind ) yeh mujhse kyu puch rha h.. m konsa iski GIRLFRIEND hu... ( to karan ) haa jao.. mujhse kyu puch rho ho.. m thik hu ab

Karan : accha to apna dyaan rakhna.. itna m na aau.. dawai time pe lena.. or mujhe phone kar na.. ok

She nodded with confused face .

Karan : mujhe abhi nikal na hoga.. tumhe driver ghar chod de ga..

Preeta : okay..

He was going towards door.. but stopped

Karan ( in mind ) : yeh kya ho gya.. maine isse kyu pucha ki m bahar jau.. itni care aaj tak kisi ladki ki nhi ki.. phir preeta ki kyu.. ( turned & looked at her who was drinking water ) itni innocent kyu lagti h.. itni fikar kyu hone lagi hai aesa kya h isme.. ( staring her lovingly)

Preeta looked at him & raised her eye brows asking her what happened he nodded his head in no & left from there..

Karan : karan tu pagal ho gyaa..

Preeta : isse kya huaa.. aese kyu behave kar rha hain. or itni chinta kab se hone lagi meri..isko chodo mujhe kya hua tha thodi der pehle.. m kyu isse gur rhi thi.. ughhh.. preeta..
