Meeting Him : I

So, after our little meeting, briefing about little things to a bigger issue, the matter somehow, is solved.

I, Maehara June just received the biggest responsibility in place of another woman.

Later I was transported back to the hut that was supposed to be my house from now on. Arriving through a magical portal in front of the porch, I scanned the outer condition of the house.

'I know this will be my shelter from now on but please, please make it proper as soon as possible. From what I see before, the bed was made from tough hay and some unknown soft feather.'

Twisting the knob of the front door, I was entranced by the exterior design.

The whole inner place just transformed! What a splendid view. The management office really did their work.

The former old and dusty fireplace and uneven cabinet was changed with high end concrete wall and digital screen displaying fire. The wooden and full of termites furniture and floor was changed into full modern living room settings; . In addition, air conditioner as well is present.

June went inside with her mouth hanging open. Despite the amazement, she still managed to took of the shoes and put it on the shoe cupboard before getting in. Her feet's first feeling is the varnishes hardwood floor. It feels amazing!

Complementary to the floor, the walls were painted with light cream colour, making the whole living room looks rich and contemporary. A mid-sized chandelier hangs in the middle of the ceiling enhancing June's feelings to the max!

"Now this what we mean by business, you took my life from my normal surroundings to a shabby and unique situation I have here. For the least, a normal house will be okay but seeing the extra effort you guys put in, I'll try do my best." She said.

"Let's see the bedroom."

Opening another knob to a room on the hallway, she once again greeted with modernity of the interior.

A room themed with variety of grey and white really hold dear to June.

Launching herself on the bed, she hollers, "Thank you for the king-sized bed! I am grateful! "

Turning back facing the ceiling, she calmed her thoughts and inner voice. She wants to live in the moment before continuing the job.

Once she resolved her heart, she went to the kitchen. Also, a modern one, complete with microwave and full bake oven. The kitchen is connected to the dining room which connected to the living room. She walks into the dining room which places a rectangle table with four ladder-back chairs; two on each side facing each other.

'Reminds me to how my family used to eat together when I was young. Before both my parents succeeded in their own business and now owning multiple other businesses, causing we both to separate from each other.'

Despite that, they still find times to meet me. I appreciate the effort but somehow, I did not see that effort before. Now, I had no chance to meet them again.
