Being Rejected [ON HOLD]

Chapter 6

EMMA's POV

I am still lying in the bed and I can't even move myself. I tried speaking but no words are coming out of my mouth. I tried talking to my wolf but I got no response. Maybe she's still asleep.

I tried opening my eyes but whenever I do it, it's like my muscles were alert and that my eyes shouldn't be opened yet. What's wrong with me? It's like I'm dead on the outside but alive on the inside. I can hear people talking then suddenly I felt my head starting to ache. I tried screaming then some person came up to me then put something on my mouth then I drifted off to sleep.

NATE's POV

Seeing her like this.. It pained me so much. So much that I wan't to hug her. So much that I wan't to kiss her and hold her tight and never let go. What I have done was very childish.  My head was rested on the side of her bed when I felt a tap from her. I looked at her shocked. She's awake.

I hugged her tightly but she doesn't hug me back. I don't care, at least she's safe. I can feel her loosening the hug from me and I just smiled sheepishly to her.

"I'm sorry. I don't know you." she said almost saying to herself. Damn. I remembered what the doctor have said. She's currently suffering from memory loss.

"Right. I forgot. Well, uhm. I'm Nate btw." i told her then I reached up for her hand. She took it then smiled, but her smile suddenly fell off then she immediately took away her hand. I felt the sparks. Maybe that's the reason why she moved.

"You're my mate?" she whispered to me. She recognized me. Damn right. That's my girl. 

"She's not yours anymore. She's not yours since you rejected her." my wolf said.

I couldn't help but get angry at the thought. I just shrugged and think of something else.

"Yeah. Uhm. We've been together for the past few months." i told her. She smiled at me then suddenly, she hugged me. To my surprise, I hugged her back.

Minutes later, my family also went inside the room. They did some chit chat with Emma while I was in the store buying foods for her. When I came back, they're still talking to her. I guess they're trying to cope up with her memory loss.

"So..uhm." Emma started, feeling nervous. "My name is Emma Steele? Sorry. You haven't told me earlier that's why I'm a little bit confused because you keep on calling me, "Emma" and I'm just making sure." she shook her head and I saw her flushed.

I just chuckled. Ah. My innocent, Emma. "Yes. Emma it is."

"So, where am I staying?" she asked me. I gulped. I look pleadingly toward her parents and my parents asking if she could stay with me, and they all nodded.

"You're staying with me." I told her. 

AMY's POV

"You're staying with me" he told me.

Ha. Time to get my revenge. I won't let that Emma steal my Nate. I am Nate's childhood sweetheart. He was my first boyfriend, my first love, first kiss and first in sex. I am his first and so I was.

He left me 3 years ago because he said that he already found his mate. It's no fair. I killed my mate just to be with him and now, he's leaving me? That's why I made a plan. All of those what happened was under my control. I paid someone to kill all the Alphas in a country then I paid someone to hit Emma. Good thing that she hit her head hard.

She is really suffering from a memory loss. She is somewhere with my brother now. My brother was deeply in love with Emma, so I won't think that He'd let Emma be with Nate. I told them to go far from this country. Away from Nate.

I paid the doctors too. I told them to lie. Ha. I paid them not to tell them that I wasn't really Emma. But, I let them operate Emma, I'm still good, you know. After operating Emma, I gave her to my brother.

I copied every single part of Emma's appearance. Starting from her toes up to hear head. Good thing we have a common hair.

Time to make Nate mine again. I smiled at the thought.
