MYA wasn't quite sure what she was hoping to achieve at this point.

Hiding in the broom cupboard  certainly wasn't going to help. Plus, it stunk of sweat and old dung bombs. When Prue came hurtling out of nowhere and told Mya that Harry had found out- well, Mya ran faster then she had ever done from the library.

If she had counted correctly it was now some-time near midnight. Meaning she had been hidden for nearly seven hours. But she was scared to move. What was she gonna do when Harry confronted her?

Deny it? Laugh it off? She couldn't do that.

She couldn't act all cool and confident about it either. She groaned and banged the back of her head on the door softly.

And heard a groan.

She quickly scurried away from it. Who was on the other side?

She cleared her throat, "Wh-who's there?" She choked out.

"It's just me, Harry." His voice said, making Mya pale a considerable amount. The first thing Harry had done when Prue darted off to warn Mya was go to the Gryffindor commom room and tell Ron and Hermione everything.

Once the initial shock had settled in, Ron suggested he check the map to find her. Hermione, of course, had scolded him and told him to think of how embarrassed the girl must be.

Eventually, Harry just walked away and left them to their love sick bickering. The Marauders map had straight away revealed where Mya was hiding. He stared at it for half an hour before mustering up the courage to walk over to the cupboard.

He didn't know what he was gonna say, even as he walked down two flights of moving stairs and bumped into five different people.

At first he was angry, thinking she had just been playing with his emotions this entire time. But then he calmed down and started to rationalise.

If that was true, then why did she run?

He'd been sitting outside of the cupboard door for at least four hours, wondering if he should speak. Luckily enough, (or un-luckily, he hadn't decided) Mya had woken him up first.

"H-Harry?" Mya echoed, sounding quite scared. Harry went to speak, but was cut off by her frantically adding- "I am so sorry! I-I swear, I didn't- I wasn't mocking you or anything- I really did- do, like you. I just didn't- my social skills are just ugh. And I know how creepy this sounds and how weird but I-"

Harry started to chuckle. Actually, he started to full blown laugh. Until tears spilled from his eyes and his ribs hurt.

Mya fell silent. Feeling both embarresed and confused, why was he laughing? Was he making fun of her now?

"And you said it wasn't possible to be awkward and confident at the same time?" He asked, a broad grin on his face.

The flecked green eyed blonde was stunned into silence, "Huh?"

"So why is your sock teddy Mr Freddie?" The teen continued casually. "Because your last hint about having a lisp doesn't help at all."

"Yes it did!" Mya shot back indignantly. "Oh god, what am I doing?" She whispered to herself, "It looks like I'm arguing with the saviour of the wizarding world about my sock teddys name."

"Well?" Harry asked in amusement, having heard her little question.

"Because when I was younger, everytime I tried to say teddy it came out as Freddy and Mr Teddy, or Freddy, seemed like a good name okay!?" She replied frantically, getting worked up for no reason.

Harry laughed again. After about minute, he sighed. "So, I guess we should talk?"

"Oh god."

"Mya, get your ass up!" Prue yelled, yanking the blankets from the blonde.

The girl groaned, giving her best friend the stink eye. "Hate you." She mumbled sleepily.

"Feelings mutual." Prue replied mockingly. "Now, get! We're graduating today, if you've forgotten, and I don't plan to be late!"

"No Prue, I haven't forgotten." Mya grumbled, rolling out of her bed and onto the floor with an 'oof'. She stood and quickly got dressed, attempting to curl her hair before giving up and heading to breakfast.

It was easy to spot who was graduating, what with their casual muggle clothes instead of their Hogwarts uniform.

No sooner had Mya stepped foot inside was she picked up from behind and spun around. "Ah- were you just hiding there!?"

Harry laughed, an expression of pure joy on his scarred face. He swooped down and kissed his girlfriend passionately, making one dark haired grumpy Ravenclaw very uncomfortable.

"Alright you two, stop rubbing my singleness in my face now." She huffed. When they continued to make out she stared at them incredulously, "Oh my- are you two even breathing!? Hellooooo? You need to come up for air, people!"

"Stop being such a kill joy, Prudence." Harry said breathlessly, breaking the kiss so his and Mya's face were only a few inches apart.

"Stop stealing my bestie, Harold." Was Prues reply. Hermione and Ron quickly joined them, the sight of their engagement rings putting Prue in a worser mood.

Finally, all eighth years were ushered outside and onto the boates they'd arrived on. Harry chose to sit with the same group as before, Neville, Ron and Hermione.

Prue and Mya sat with fellow Ravenclaw, Terry Boot and Mya's little brother, Micheal. It was tearful journey to the other side of the lake, Prue spontaneously bursting, making Terry join her.

Micheal tried to pretend he wasn't crying, but the seventh year failed miserably. Mya, surprisingly, was the only one who didn't cry. Instead she wore a bright smile, watching Hogwarts fade into the distance.

With everything she'd been through there, experiencing her first crush, learning magic, meeting Prue, not to mention the year of torture with the Carrows, she was almost glad to leave.

Of course she'd miss it, but she ready for some hectic-free life.

Though, being in a relationship was Harry probaly wasn't the best way to achieve that. And to think, she almost didn't send that first letter.
