Kotaru wears a long sleeve shirt with shorts, her hair goes down to her neck. She may seem like a normal human but she's not, she has ghost pale skin, her eyes do not have life in them. They remain dull, she has a well developed body for a girl her age. Killing is not her thing, She still has her sanity intact while the others don't. She has three forms, and yet no one knows what her third form is. Just only her two forms. And her final form as well. Cup size B, 76cm
Personality
Kotaru rarely shows any emotion towards others, but she can be caring, loyal, passionate, and courageous. She doesn't like it when Jack and them kill innocent people for no reason, and yet she wonders why they do it. She may not have been there for them but that does not mean that they go around killing people here and there. She can cook really well. She can't swim, you're probably wondering why, it's because no one taught her to. And she cannot get sick.
Background
Kotaru was born in a small town, she didn't live a Normal childhood. Her parents died when she was three years old. Then she died of unknown causes, and at a young age. Her father's friend was saddened by her death, so he dug up her body from the coffin and brought her back by using necromancy, thus making her a living ghost, she still has her soul in her body, that's because her soul never left her body, it stayed there. So she was raised by Kyo, she never had a good childhood that's because of her skin tone, her skin color was more paler than most girls. And it didn't help that she was constantly picked at during school all because of her skin. And people kept making fun of her all because of how her body was, she was well developed than most girls and most girls would be jealous of her mostly because of her body. She has been dead for three years. And she is now 18 years old, she got lost in the woods just walking around until she ran into Slenderman. Slenderman then took her to the house that Jeff and them live at. She talks to Sally, Lulu, Toby, Jane, Ben, and laughing jack. She doesn't talk to Jeff or Jack. Her eyes hold no life in them whatsoever. She acts very harsh towards Jeff and Jack. That's because she doesn't like killers and she never will. Not until they stop killing innocent people and families. Kyo is not a bad guy, he never was, he was the one who raised Kotaru to who she is.
