I held onto David like my life depended on it. Why haven't I let go? I heard Ryan approaching so I hugged him tighter even though I wasn't scared. David tried to pull away but I couldn't.
"You can let go now." David said calmly. I didn't want to but I released my grip. He lifted my head and wiped away a tear I didn't know was there. I gave him an 'I'm alright' smile.
"I just wanted him to bring her to me but this is way better." Ryan sniggered.
"What do you mean she was scared out of her mind." Ryan just shrugged his shoulders. "She was a vulnerable girl and he was a strong unknown man." David snapped.
Logan stepped in, "guys no need to fight about it."
"Yeah I just wanted to play a game with her. You can join too."
I wanted to snap back so badly but my throat was closed up. The words just wouldn't form.
"Now please." He snapped but tried to calm him self down.
I grabbed onto David's hand as we followed Ryan. "That hug isn't my reward." I huffed at him. I mean what can I expect from him though. I let go of his hand and followed Logan. The walk felt like a walk of death. We got out side the door and it felt like time had stopped. I didn't want to go through the door. I didn't want to follow Ryan. I didn't want to drink. I didn't want to come to this party.
I took a deep breath as Ryan opened the door. Sat behind it was a group of other students in a circle around a bottle. I clung onto the nearest thing to me which happened to be Logan's arm. He just brushed me off and walked inside with me trailing behind. We all sat down in the circle and I was dreading every minute of it.
"What should we play first?" One of the girls questioned, "truth or dare, spin the bottle or seven minutes in heaven?"
"I think we should play them all at once." Ryan interjected. How was this gonna work. "My party my rules. I call out what the round will be before spinning."
"Truth or dare." Ryan called out. It landed on some random dude and he picked dare so he had to show his butt from the window to the road below.
"Seven minutes in heaven." He spun and it landed on some random girl so she had to spin to decide on who she would be with. The nearest boy/girl depending on sexuality.
The game carried on like this until Ryan called out "7 minutes in heaven." It landed on me. "Oh look at that. I nominate me. Come on Lily."
"Dude what do you mean. She gets to spin." Some random dude called out. I think he played basketball.
"Fine, she can spin." Ryan moaned. Did he want to get back at me that way? I shivered at the thought. I spun the bottle and it landed on Ryan again. Just my luck. "See it was always meant to be me." Ryan cheered while some girls were giving me a dirty look.
I stood up and followed him into the closet. Fuck my life. Not literally. The door closed and our time had started. It was so dark and cramped I could feel him breathing down my neck. My back was pushed up against the wall and my breathing got faster. I put my hands in front of me just incase and tried to find the door handle. I juggled the door handle but it was locked "6 more minutes." Was yelled from the other side. This is gonna be the longest 6 minutes of my life.
He took another step closer to me so I could see most of his face now. He leaned his head down so I turned my head away. I didn't want to have to knee him again in a trapped room. He placed his hands on the sides of me on the wall. I looked at him but I couldn't cry. Fear. Terror. Regret. What had I really done that was bad though. He forced himself on me so I gave him what he deserved. He grabbed my face with his hand roughly turning it to face him. He smashed his lips onto mine.
