Y/n POV

This is going to be a day...

"Hey Jasmine I didn't know you would bring  y/n". Lin says as he shakes both me and Jasmines  hand. "Great performance yesterday y/n" Lin says. "Yeah heard one of my girls couldn't walk after tonight" I look at him smirking. Jazz and Lin start laughing their asses off, after a while I join in. "Alright Jasmine hit the stage let's see what you got." Lin says. We follow him to the stage and I sit in the front row with a few other guys. Such  as Thayne , Leslie , Jonathan , Anthony , oak and the best for last Daveed. I sit in between Thayne and Groff (My two cinnamon rolls) " Omg y/n I missed you!" Groff says pulling me into a very very tight hug. "Groff we saw each other at the movies two weeks ago" I said pulling away from the hug. He whispers something to Thayne and starts laughing. "You guys better not be talking about me" I say trying to sound sad. "We aren't ~" Groff says laughing his ass off.  I ignore it and start looking at my sister sing ' say no to this ' with Lin. She's amazing, Jazz always had a gift and that was obviously singing. She really inspired me and helped me with my career. I really think she's gonna get  this part. I look over to my left to see Daveed staring at me. I wink and he realized what he was doing and looked away.

Daveed's POV

She smirked at me and I realized I was staring. Fuck. Goddamnit y/n , why  you gotta be like this. One day I'm really about to loose my cool. I mean she's always been like this but now she says going way too far. Oak nudges my shoulder. "What?" I said scrolling through y/n Instagram liking and commenting on a few pics. "So.. did you enjoy last night. I know you like no love y/n." Oak says looking at his phone . "Your even scrolling through her page at this moment ." Oak says snatching my phone away. "Oak give me back my phone!" I say trying to get my phone back. I eventually snatched it back and continue scrolling through random pages. I go in my sweater pocket for my gum but grab a piece of paper instead. "What the- ohhhh" the memory of last night flashes by me and start putting the number in my contacts list. Man when can this girl be mine? Wait wtf..... we just friends. she probably got someone on the side anyway. 

Y/n POV

I walk up to Daveed so we can catch up. But before I do anything Jasmine comes off the stage and tells me the greatest news ever. " I GOT THE PART HOLLY SHIITT I GOT THE PART EEEEEE." Her eyes start shining , hope and tears fill her eyes."I'm proud of you big sis" she pulls me into a hug and I wipe her tears. She goes over to her Schuyler sisters and I go sit next to Daveed. "Hey Daveed wanna hang out with me and Jas for dinner. It's this like club and dinner ratio I used to dance there with my girls." "Uh sure darling" he says in his southern accent then winks, earning a eye roll from me. "Woah there hot stuff don't think about getting all flirty with me we all know who will be the one begging for me at the end of the day." I say in a seductive tone. What? I liked this man for a while might as well play with the people and give them what they want. "Alright you got me. You really did change over the years, honestly I'm impressed." "So am I Diggs so am I." " Diggs.. I thought I was bae or some shit from back in highschool..." Daveed says in a whiny voice. "Oh you don't earn that title yet, go eat ass." I say confidently. "Alright I'll eat your ass." He says. My face starts heating up. I run after him trying to pull his hair but he picks me up. Damn it!! He throws me over his shoulders and starts running around the theater, as im trying to get down so i did the unthinkable... I kissed him.... I hear gasping and laughing in the background. My whole body is red and i feel....lust. He puts me down and tries to hide his face and I kick him where the birds don't fly. "Lesson learned." He says holding his crotch and groaning. "Ok love birds enough save that for the bed. Any body got plans? we should celebrate our official cast." Lin says. "We are all heading to 'off the street' (let it shine reference) it's gonna be fun!" I say squealing because of memories when I was 16. 

                                                                          Flashback

"Jasmine cmon me and my girls have a show today and the winner gets a scholarship to a famous dance school in New York!!" Y/n says jumping up and down begging her sister to drive her there. "Alright only because you have some bomb ass moves." Jasmine says getting her keys. "Thank you thank you thaaannnkkk youuuuu!"

                                                                      End of flashback

"Good times.." I say smiling at everyone. "Alright let's goooo" lin says dragging a blushing Groff. "I ship it" I say whispering  to Jaz. She chuckles and we head out. Lin, Groff, oak and Chris were in a car. The 'Schuyler sisters' plus Daveed, Leslie, Thayne we're in jazz's car. "Jas do you think I still have my dressing room?" "Maybe we can ask and you can show us the fits!". After this it was complete silence until....."So how did y'all meet... y/n and Daveed.." I looked at Thayne, then Daveed and we blushed. This is going to be awkward .....
