Sword in hand I looked my drunk father, with beer bottle in hand, and a little bit left I took the bottle and drained it. "Thanks dad." And I left the camp door. The second I left the door Abbi, a cute little red headed girl, was next to me and said,

"My brother is looking for you."

"When isn't he." I replied in a sarcastic tone. Abbi smiled and gave me a hug which was weird because she was a foot and a half shorted than me and I'm 6'2". Then I started the walk to Quick's tent.

When I got there Quick got out and said, "God damn it I was promised that there was no rocks were I was sleeping! Fucking bishops, always lieing! Oh when did you get there Victor?"

"Two things, one, I was here when you got out and two, you really need to stop sleeping on your gutting knife. You can take it off you know."

Quick looks at his side and finds his hunting knife. "That's were that went thanks I was looking for that."

"Ready to go get Forest, Rax, Axel, and Angel?"

"More like devil you would swear she's on her period or something!" Both of us bursted out laughing. "Just don't tell her I said that." Quick said as an after thought.

Once the we got back to our senses they looked up and saw Rax and Axle standing in front of us. We all straightened ourselves as we saw Angel walking toward us. I strode toward her, "Hey baby."

"What were you guys talking about?" Angel asked.

"We were arguing who was prettier, you or the bartender." I said in a hesitant voice.

"Everyone knows who is, Me!" She added with a wink.

'Thank the gods, that could have gotten bloody.' As they others were talking very loudly I turned toward the base camp and drew my sword, like a machine, and thrusted the sword into the ground catching the attention of the others. As fast as they could they all pulled out their weapons and slammed them into the ground. Heaven was walking toward us and she was the captain's daughter and the most beautiful girl in the camp.

"Hey Victor." She said with a wink. She has something for me. We hear a light growl from Angel. I shoot her a 'calm down look' and turn my attention back to Heaven.

"As you all hopefully know," Just then Forest runs in and takes his stance like the rest of us and turns toward Heaven.

"Sorry I'm late my lady." He says with a strangely deep bow.

"Oh stand up you fool! As I was saying, as you all hopefully know it is Choosing Day. We will be picking the most elite group of fighters to stand in our front lines!"
