4:55pm

Should I leave now... or when everyone else does. Kellin sent me the address and it wasn't too far. It'll be about 20 minutes to get there on my skateboard. I decided to leave the house.

I grabbed my bag and laptop inside of it. To mack it seem that I was at least being productive of the time we had.

I left the house, telling my parents that I'll be out for a bit.

I rode on the rocky pathway before going on the empty street. The emptiness made me uncomfortable, but I shrugged it off.

Once I made it there, it was 5:18pm. I saw Kellin sitting down in one of the rooms. I knocked on the window, smiling as i saw him.

He smiled back and waved.

"Hey," I said. Closing the door behind me.

"Hey," he replied back. Digging his nose into his phone.

"So, where are the others?" He seemed really uninterested in talking.

"Uh, they don't really come now. Hopefully on their way though." He said. Not looking up to me.

I was a little annoyed at that.

"What do you usually do here?" I asked. I didn't know what to talk about.

"Just talk, study, and sometimes we go to the cafe down the street to get food." He said. I nodded. I decided to take out my phone and just text a few friends from my old school.

It started to get boring. We were just sitting down doing nothing, until Kellin got a call.

"Hello?" He said.

Pause.

"What? Why?"

Pause.

"Ugh... all good."

Pause.

"Yeah, okay see you next time."

Pause.

"Bye."

I looked at him. He sighed, and started to pack his things.

"They're not coming." He said. I oh-ed.

We decided to quickly stop by at the cafe and eat since we were both hungry.

We walked along the path, Kellin hand his hand in his pockets, and I was holding my skateboard. Yeh sun was setting and the view was beautiful.

"So, tell me something about yourself." I said. He smiled.

"There's nothing really interesting about me..." he said. I laughed.

"You're the most interesting person I've ever met." I said. He looked at me.

"Really?"

I nodded.

"I mean, in a good way. I just can't read you." I started.

He laughed.

"Well... uh..." he thought.

I waited for a response. Him getting so concentrated on trying to think about something interesting about himself was cute.

"Uh, well. I can sing..." He said.

"Really? You have got to sing for me one day." I said He smiled. Again. Gosh that smile made me melt.

"Yeah, we'll see. How about you?" He asked.

I smiled.

"Well, I play guitar... and sometimes sing." I asked.

"Maybe we can sing together." He suggested. I smiled at that. Kellin and I, perfect.
