It's like waking up to an alarm
You didn't even set.
But atleast now you're awake
And in your senses
So stop dreaming, caring, loving
And start living your life,
Loving yourself.
Betrayals are worst regrets,
Its like reading a book
With torn pages,
Worthless to spend time on,
Worthless to regret and feel guilty about,
But now you'd always check
All the books before you buy.
Betrayals are bittersweet,
Its like trying new desserts,
You know it is sweet
But then again it doesn't match
Your taste.
But you'll always remember it,
Remember not to let that happen
Again.
