I walked down the path, with Pikachu on my shoulder, Himeka walking beside me and her Squirtle hanging on her head.
"Aw man, this is boring. Since this girl is now traveling with us you can't talk to me, since we'll blow it" sighed Pikachu, with a huff and looked at me, but I only kept my gaze ahead and tried to ignore him.
It's been a couple of days since Himeka and her team have started traveling with us and I can't really talk to my Pokémon, straight to them, with her around. I sighed in frustration; I've been thinking for a while now, if I should tell her about the whole legend and talking to Pokémon thing.
Will she freak out? Think I'm lying or joking? Or will she believe me? I honestly have no clue to how she will react to it, she's one of the first people to not hate me or hate me, because of what my father has done in the past.
"Hey Sap, you okay? You keep spacing out and you look like something is troubling you?" she asked, her eyes flickering at me with a normal face, but worry in her eyes.
"I'm fine and why do you keep calling me, Sap?" I answered; she only rolled her eyes at me,
"Because your name is too long to pronounce and it's much easier saying Sap, then Sapphira" she explained, shrugging her arms. I only sighed, giving her a nod in response.
"Heh, Sap? I kind of like it" mumbled Pikachu, with a smirk on his face and of course I heard him since he was so close to my right hear.
"Why don't we take a little break and let out our Pokémon for fresh air for a while?" she suggested and I agreed immediately. We walked off the path we were walking on and walked into a small clearing right next to the path we were walking on. There weren't many trees in the clearing and the grass was shining brightly, with little drops of walker everywhere making them sparkle in the sunlight, from it raining last night.
"Alright come on out guys!" shouted Himeka, getting three poke balls from her belt and threw them high into the air, red beams shot out from the poke balls and onto the ground, where three Pokémon soon appeared, Celebi, a Chimchar, Kirlia and a small Pachirisu.
"Alright guys, time to come out too!" I shouted happily and threw all my poke balls from my belt and out appeared, Staravia, Riolu, Grovyle, Sneasel and Gible. Pikachu hopped off my shoulder and ran towards the other Pokémon, who started playing and others just watched.
Himeka and I sat down on the wet grass, but I didn't care and she didn't seem to care either.
"It's a nice day today, isn't it?" questioned Himeka, who looked up at the clear, blue sky above us, with only a few fluffy clouds around.
"Yeah, it is..." I mumbled, resting mu head on my arm, I saw Himeka looked over towards me, with a confused look on her face.
"Hey...do you know the legend of Arceus and the white orb?" she asked out of the blue, I snapped back and looked at her wide eyed,
"I d-do, why?" I asked, nervously, but before she could answer, I noticed a shadow right in front of me and a voice I know too well.
"Well, if it isn't you, Sapphira" said a familiar voice, I looked up and saw Clyde staring down at me, arms crossed and his Staraptor beside him, eyeing me closely.
"Clyde, it's been a while, how have you been?" I asked, happily with a smile on my face,
"Alright and I already got my third badge" he sighed and showed me his badge case where there were now three badges. I only rolled my eyes and looked at Himeka who had a confused look and kept looking from me to him.
"Oh, Himeka this is Clyde he travelled with me for a while and Clyde this is Himeka she's travelling with me" I introduced, they both look at each other,
