"I'm excited." Hongjoong says with his eyes on the road.

"Why?"I chuckle.

He looks over to me with a frown."It's your birthday! Why aren't you excited."

"On my birthday when I turned 15 my parents got into a car crash and died."

"I'm sorry Elena."He says as he looks back to the road.

"No it's ok. This year can be my best birthday. 19 is a big number and I'm happy that I can spend it with you."

"Good because I have a lot planned."

~time skip~

The sunlight coming from the crack of the curtain blinds me forcing me to wake up.

I yawn and reach out for Hongjoong but I'm met with the soft material of the sheets.

My eyes shoot open and I look at the nightstand to see all of his stuff there. The only indication he left being the empty spot on the bed.

As I sit up to look for him, the bedroom door opens and in comes Hongjoong with a tray of an assortment of breakfast foods.

My heart swells at his big cheesy smile as he walked closer to me and sets the tray on the nightstand.

He climbs back in the bed and scoots closer to me, laying down so i could lay my head on his chest and wrap my arms around his bare waist.

"Good morning princess. Happy birthday." He breaths out between kisses on my forehead.

I can't help but smile at the new nickname.

"Thank you." I say quietly.

He smiles and puts his hand on my cheek. He goes down to kiss my lips but I abruptly pull away.

"Not now. My breath stinks."

He just chuckles and swiftly placed a kiss on my lips as I groan.

"Really Joong?"

He laughs again. "I don't care if your breath smells. I just wanna kiss you."

I blush at the comment, trying to get up to brush my teeth. When he saw me try to get up, he grabbed my wrist and pulled me back down.

"Who said I'm done giving you your birthday kisses, babygirl?"
