Poem about paperwork time and book choices
Dedicated to my Library Club Advisor for not saying, 'may the odds ever be in your favor' like my previous advisors, that I have had at another school.
Author's Note: It is that time of the semester for my club where I am having to fill out paperwork (Yes, I know right? Paperwork is no fun) for The Library Club. We are getting in transition to hosting an event to collect things and all, so I have that fun paperwork to do (along with my wonderful -SHE IS AN AMAZING WRITER, TOO- advisor) SO with no farther I do, here is a middle of a night piece I wrote another time ago.

Paperwork
Always hated to do during work
After work
Before work
But it is a need
It is the seed
That keeps
The club at its seams
It is the tide
That binds
Us, like
A rather long bike
Unprepared for the hike
Prepared to hit the break
However,
In this endeavor
I feel at home
As if it is a comb
In my real home
That i let roam
So, come what may
I will be happy to say
Paperwork,
I am ready to work
