let's start this off:
q: what are soulmates?
a: soulmates are typically the romantic partner(s) you're supposed to end up with. platonic soulmates are possible, but this story will focus on a single romantic soulmate.
q: what is a soulmate au?
a: first off, you probably know what an au is, but just in case you don't i'll explain! au stands for alternate universe, so something is different in this universe from ours. a soulmate au is typically when there's a certain way to find your soulmate. a good example of this is a red string au!
q: what kind of soulmate au is this?
a: in this au, you see the world in greyscale until you kiss your soulmate for the first time.
q: are you shitty at capitalizing stuff or are your auto caps off for the aesthetic?
a: for the aesthetic, sorry
q: isn't it bad to ship real people?
a: well i'm not really shipping the real people, i'm shipping the characters. stephen said himself in his leaving video that he was "building his character" meaning that he was putting on a personality for it. of course it isn't all a show, or it wouldn't be him anymore, but i don't care who he dates irl. i'm referring to everyone's characters.
