Training In Secrecy

 All Might had told me to meet him in secrecy early the next morning at Dagobah municipal beach, he went on to say that a friend of his on the police force has had it quartered off so, no one will know that we are there. He went on to say that we need to return One for All to secrecy and that if the public found out about me as the successor I would never have privacy ever again. We arrived at the beach at an unholy hour of 3:30am, I had told my mother that I have early morning training with a mentor to prepare me for the entrance exams and wouldn't be there in the morning. Once I arrive at the beach the smell alone almost makes me throw up, though the sea breeze feels nice this morning the smell alone is enough to make even pigs vomit in revilment of the smell. A few moments later All Might arrives in a black hood concealing his identity and motions for me to follow him to the beach itself. We take a seat at the steps before he goes on to explain what I am to be doing here.

"As you and literally everyone on earth are aware One for All is a very powerful and unique quirk that lets me give it to a successor, which is you. But, because of the raw power of the quirk your body isn't ready to be able to wield it. The backlash would rip you apart, so we need to train you physically so that your body can withstand it's powers. I have been offered a teaching job at UA high and several of my allies know that I have chosen you as my successor. Today we are going to clean the beach until the mid morning then we are heading to UA for the second bit of training with Erasure Head and Cementoss. We will train at UA three days a week and the other days we will train here and we have also shifted your studies to homeschooling which Principal Nezu of UA will be teaching. You no longer attend Aldera Jr highschool and are officially a student of UA but when the time comes you still will have to take the entrance exam." All Might also known as Toshinori Yagi explains as I write feverishly in my notebook.

"So this is going to be endurance and strength training? I promise I won't let you down Yagi-sensei." I say using his civilian name which he smiles at.

"Actions speak louder than words son, get to work and I will do some design changes on your hero suit here. If you look like me it will be a dead give away that you're my successor." He says picking up my notebook and a pencil as I make my way down to the beach itself. "Young Midoriya, hold on a second, I can't have you throwing up more than actually training so here I have a gas mask for you it should filter out that horrid smell." He says before tossing me the mask which I put on as soon as I catch it.

Thank god for that mask because I was starting to feel sick being within a few feet of this illegal landfill. I got to work bagging up all the wrappers, rotting food, plastic bottles and glass bottles nearby before putting on some heavy duty work gloves and moving the larger metal objects that might cut my hands. Pieces of scrap metal, broken steel beams, to cars and trucks covered with garbage litter this entire beach. I continue to clean for 6 or so more hours until it's almost 10 am when All Might calls for my attention. I take off the gas mask and gloves as I head back up to his truck before putting them both in a plastic bag to not get anything dirty. I hop in the passenger's side before we drive off towards UA. During the drive we converse on what it was like to be quirkless and how much promise All Might sees in me. I told him of how I was bullied from a young age due to my quirklessness and knew that he wouldn't give me OFA back then. He corrects me in saying that I was wrong in that assumption and to not assume things anymore. He goes on to say that before meeting Nana Shimura that he too was quirkless and that made my respect for him grow even more.

"So, Is this the fiesty one you chose as your successor All Might? You were training at Dagobah correct? I can smell it on him. No matter, Young Midoriya Izuku my name is Principle Nezu and you will be training and being schooled here by the staff of UA." A small white mouse bear creature in a suit says walking up to us before motioning for us to follow him. "First we are going to get you showered then we will begin your training in earnest starting with Erasure-Head the homeroom teacher of class 1-A this upcoming year. He is a brilliant teacher but is strict and as you and the rest of the world knows, knows of One for All and that you are the next in line for it's mantle. You will be training with capture gear and to physically improve your body. With Midnight you will train your composure under pressure and in... uncomfortable situations and with Cementoss you will practice combat. One for All is a dangerous secret that the public now knows, once you are given it it will now be your job to return it to secrecy." He says as we walk towards the showers, I'm handed a UA gym uniform and change of undergarments before heading inside.

After showering and getting changed I meet All Might and Nezu at the entrance of the rest rooms. We start making our way to the teacher offices and head to one labeled Shouta Aizawa on the front. Nezu knocks on the door and it opens on it's own and we are greeted by what looks like a hobo in a yellow sleeping bag. Nezu presses a button on the side wall then selects the name Erasure Head from a hologram UI display. Suddenly a cup rises out of the desk and a faucet emerges from next to the computer screen. It drops what looks like sugar and a liquid creamer into the cup before the smell of coffee fills the air as it is poured into the glass. The sleeping hobo audibly sniffs the air a couple times before his eyes open up sounding like creaking metal as they open to reveal the most tired looking black eyes I've ever seen. He looks over at the cup of coffee then slumps over to the desk with a thud, this causes the facuet to drop a long bendy straw that lands just perfectly enough for him to move his lips to grab at it before drinking from the glass. After finishing the coffee in one go he rubs his eyes and the tiredness fades before he unzips the sleeping bag and stretches out of it. He looks over to us before yawning and greeting us.

"Good...Morning? Noon? Afternoon?" He asks looking at Nezu who corrects him.

"It's morning Mr Aizawa, we have brought All Might's successor here to train with you today." Nezu says as Aizawa shifts his eyes to look over to me before looking to All Might.

"The kid looks like a walking twig, alright lemme get another 3 cups of coffee then we will get started. You're Midoriya Izuku correct? Welcome to UA." He says before slumping over and hitting his head on the desk again causing the little apparatus to make him another cup of coffee.

"I don't think he's a morning person." I say looking to Nezu who simply nods his head 'yes' before walking off.

After Aizawa drinks 3 or more cups of coffee we head to an indoor training room where he had set up some weights, training machines, and a stand where a similar set of capture gear that he wears sits. For the rest of the morning and most of the afternoon we trained using all the weights, the cardio machines, even stretches and combat. The majority of the time was spent with Aizawa teaching me how to use the capture gear. He had told me it took him 2 years to master the gear and wants me to do it in One. We spent 4 hours training with the gear and I managed to be able to figure out how to snatch a stationary target using the gear in a specific way with Aizawa saying that it is one of the basic ways to capture someone. At the end of day one I was utterly exhausted from today's training, we spent twelve hours working on this. My muscles are aching with each pump of my heart and this is just day One of my training.

"Sheesh Shouta he's down for the count." a female voice says as I hear the door to the room open, I look up to see the high heels of Midnight's hero costume before she squats down and looks at me. "So he is the successor? He's absolutely adorable and soon he's going to be a force to be reckoned with. Hello little one, I am Nemuri Kayama and it looks like you need a nap." She says and I am too exhausted to respond so I only nod.

"He's been awake since 3 this morning and has been training with me since about 11AM. He's done for today so put him to sleep. He's earned it." Aizawa says as Midnight looks from him back to me before smiling.

"Well Mr Ninth Holder. Sweet Dreams." She says before blowing a kiss and instantly a pink mist fills the air and I'm out like a light.
