Encounter

Kirishima stumbled to his feet. 

"Wait, THE Katsuki Bakugou?" His mouth widened in an 'O'

"Of course I'm "THE KATSUKI BAKUGOU!" What else do you expect me to be?!", he shouted. His hair stuck out in all angles, causing Kirishima to giggle.

The afternoon bell struck, its chime echoing throughout the hallways of the palace. 

"Oh! That's the bell. I'd best get ready for the ceremony. I'll see you there?!" He says while running. Katsuki dusts himself off before huffing and stomping away. 

Kirishima's POV

I stumbled away, trying not to trip over myself. 

My face was probably really red, and I didn't want to face the handsome, but scary prince anymore. 

Then, I saw that little sh*t Deku giggling behind a potted plant.

I'm going to kill him.

It was 5:00. One hour until I would be betrothed to a complete stranger.

Well, not a complete stranger.

But the encounter doesn't count.

Deku is tying my red hair into a short ponytail and doesn't hesitate to tease me about how red my face was.

"I'm... gonna kill you..Deku.." 

Your mom wouldn't approve...

*flashback*

A young red haired boy walks into a lovely bedroom made of crystal.

"Mom?"

"Eijiro.. come here. I need to tell you something.."

"What is it?"

The older woman smiles slightly, but quickly diverts her eyes.

"I'm.. not your real mom. You were... created from the essence of Sarai... the goddess you learned about?"

His eyes widened.

"But, I'm not...I..."

"Yes you are, Eiji, and you need to accept it."

accept it. the reality that will happen.

it says so in the books after all right? 

Destined to rule both kingdoms. Alongside from a dark prince who would marry him. Make him whole. All to clean up the shitty mess his ancestors had made. Why did HE have to clean it up?

*CURRENT*

"HEY! Kirishima? You blanked out for a second."

"Yeah, I'll be fine, Deku..."

"Come, it's time for the ceremony."
