Bad Girls [slow updates]

Pilot

"Lana can you please start having kids! Kenny is almost old enough to babysit." My older sister Beth begged. I was the only one in our family without kids but I liked it that way. Being a mom is a big responsibility and I'm not even in a relationship.

"Maybe when I'm 30, let me finish my twenties banging Beth" I smiled while helping Jane with her hair before sending all the kids out to Beth's sad excuse of a husband Dean. "I'm not even dating and I'm pretty sure it takes two."

"Girl it's 2019, us women can do anything without a man. You're clearly a fake feminist." Laughed my fraternal twin Annie as she tumbled in an hour late. "Stop relying on men sis."

"Well look who finally decided to join us!" Ruby exclaimed while coming back from the kitchen with a bottle of whisky. "Lets get this thing going now that the kids are gone." She slammed the bottle and our cups on Beth's coffee table and we all got to work.

We needed money and fast. All of us had our own problems that only money could fix. I was drowning in student debt couch hopping between my sisters, Beth needs to save her house from being foreclosed on, Annie has to hire a custody lawyer on top of her school debt and Ruby needs money for her daughters kidneys. It was going to be a long day.

"We can't just rob a bank to get the money for this. Its illegal guys." Repeated perfect Beth after my 18th time suggesting it. "Aren't you currently studying for you bar exam Lana?" She scoffed.

"I want to be a lawyer for the money Beth, not to lock up middle aged moms who need money desperately." I scoffed back. "It's actual not that big of deal, at least we're not murdering innocent kids Beth chill out."

"Listen how about a grocery store." Annie chimed in.

"Yes we need more whisky and we could use some food right now. I'll drive." Smiled a drunk Ruby. With everything going on with Sara and her kidneys I don't blame her for being drunk at 11am.

Annie grabbed the drink out of Ruby's hand and elaborated on her grocery store idea "Not shop at a grocery store, rob it. Fine and Frugal deserve it and it'd be super easy." After finishing her sentence she also finished Ruby's drink.

"Exactly that place treats us like shit." I shouted. "Boomer can suck it" I could feel the whisky finally hitting.

"You girls never grew up did you?" Beth rolled her eyes. Annie and I were always wild kids at heart but we have grown up.

"Beth please stop playing Mommy and realize whats at stake." Annie shouted. I could tell she was going to cry soon if Beth didn't agree. "Gregg is going to take Sadie if I don't get a lawyer now."

"And Sara won't last without this medication or a transplant which both cost more than I can ever make." Ruby sighed.

"If we get caught Lana better be able to get us off with her lawyer skills." Beth conceded before getting up and walking into the kitchen. "Come in here to plan while I cook lunch."

"I WANT TO SEE A MANAGER RIGHT NOW OR I SWEAR I WILL START CAPPING PEOPLE ONE BY ONE" Beth screamed throughout the grocery store scaring everyone including me. Who knew mommy Beth had it in her.

Boomer began crawling away but was soon caught by Beth. "Bring her to the vault." "NOW!!" she yelled causing Boomer to jump up and scurry off to the fault with Annie and I.

"Put in the code now." I instructed before taking him into the hallway while Annie grabbed the money.

"Why are you doing this?" he pleaded "I'm not important here please let me go." I slightly felt bad for doing this but this place treated Annie and I like scum for being older than 16. Annie rushed out of the room and handed me the duffel bag.

"Alright lets go, I'll grab them." Annie said to me while running to grab Ruby and Beth. I locked Boomer in the back and ran out to Beth's mini van and put all of our money in the trunk. The other girls soon followed and we all got to the van safely.

"That was..." Beth started

"Amazing" I finished.

"A rush" Annie breathed.

"Illegal." Ruby said once the sirens in the distance began.

We drove off to Ruby's without another word.

Annie and I ended up staying at Beth's for dinner which turned into a drunk sleepover. We were currently drinking in Dean's newly destroyed home office while him and the kids were at his moms for the week. A few days ago Beth found out her family was broke and on the verge of losing the house because of Dean and he bolted instead of facing it.

"I'm glad you guys talked me into that today. I haven't felt that alive in a long time." Beth smiled.

"It was our pleasure, I've wanted to rob that store since the first time Boomer opened his mouth." Annie said which caused us all to laugh but we were soon interrupted by footsteps down stairs.

"Beth!" Screamed Ruby from downstairs. From the footsteps I heard I knew it wasn't just her here and from the croak in her voice I could tell she was scared. I made Annie and Beth stay at the top of the stairs while I went to check, I had always been the man of the house for them since Dad nor Dean could do it.

I walked into the living room and thats when I saw him..

"Hey sweetheart" he smiled "Why don't you go grab your sisters up there."

Annie is going to have a different storyline kind of. She's currently finishing up her last semester to become a registered nurse. Lana has finished law school and is currently studying for the bar and trying to find a job. (like callie from Good Trouble lol). Lana will be portrayed as Lili Reinhart.
