He dashes towards the Dragon Country's expedition with sights set high on the developing technologies, transports, and the stars. Dropping out of high school, running away from home, and somehow scraping by as self-proclaimed magic mechanic are all just baby steps in the race ahead of him. Bell specializes in magic tools, most which end up disastrously unique because of the new spells he invents on the spot.
