After spending some alone time with each other, both felt at ease. Still the night was long and neither of them could seem to fall asleep. Not having each other in bed was making them feel restless. They were like two hearts that beat in sync. Being away from each other was killing them inside even though they were only separated by a wall. The excitement of getting married again was making them eager too.

Rakshit couldn't stand not having his love in his arms. He decided to get up from bed, glancing towards the moon, he imagined seeing the reflection of his wife, his Drishti. Drishti was lying on the bed and the brightness of the moon was piercing through the small window. She too was looking at it thinking of no one but only her husband, her Rakshit.

Feeling more relaxed, sleep took over them and both woke up from the sound of people talking. It was their big day. The only day in a man and in a woman's life that mattered the most because it was the start of a beautiful journey together as not just a man and a woman, but as husband and wife. Two souls that will stop at nothing to see the other happy. Both was excited and got freshened up in their respective places thinking of what the future has in store for them.

In Roya Aunty's house:

Drishti was helping Roya Aunty make break for the four of them. Although Rakshit wasn't allowed to see Drishti until the wedding, Roya aunty decided to cook for him and her husband and bring it to his house. She left Drishti alone in the kitchen and went to grab something. "Drishti, I will be right back," she said as Drishti nodded in response. She went to her bedroom and came back with a saree and handed it to Drishti.

Drishti: why are you giving me this aunty?

Aunty: (holding her hand) my child, this is the only good saree I have. I want you to have it and wear it in your wedding.

Drishti: but how can I? No, it's yours. (Trying to hand it back to her)

Aunty: No I want you to have it. Actually this was my wedding saree that your uncle hand picked it from the city when he wanted to get me something nice. I wanted to always give it to my daughter but I don't have one. Still I would like to think of you as my daughter and it would mean a lot to me if you were to wear it.

Drishti had tears in her eyes because aunty thought of her as a daughter. Drishti tried to decline it but aunty practically forced her and she had no choice but to accept it. Both hugged each other. (Such a motherly bond right?)

Similarly, Raj uncle handed Rakshit his wedding sherwani for him to wear. With the wedding preparations, everyone chose to not go to work. People were dancing and singing outside. Only smiles and smiles were everywhere. At around 5pm, everyone was ready. Variety of food were prepared for everyone. Rakshit sat with the pandit who was none other than Raj uncle as he recited prayers waiting for Drishti to come.

Soon after Roya aunty and Jasmine brought Drishti over to Rakshit. They even helped her get ready. Rakshit couldn't take his eyes off of her. His soon to be wife again was looking nothing but gorgeous. He kept staring at her even though she has already sat down besides him. So to tease him a little, Jasmine intervened,

Jasmine: (clearing her throat loudly) jiju, you don't have to keep staring at her, she's all yours you know.

Hearing this, Drishti blushed and Rakshit smiled while everyone else began to laugh.

Rakshit: sali sahiba (sisters-in-law) you don't have to remind me. She's mine and I am all hers, so staring at her shouldn't be a problem right. (Winking at Drishti)

Jasmine was like "aww," and everyone smiled. This made Drishti even more embarrassed but she was happy knowing that he spoke of the truth and nothing else.

Both took seven rounds around the fire, than Rakshit tied the mangalsutra around her neck as she stared at him with nothing but just love in her eyes. The next was the sindoor which Rakshit took a handful of it in his hands and covered more than just her hairline. The more color, the more happy you are.

The wedding was complete and thus began their new journey stepping forward yet the past dragging them back. Can they remember everything, will they be able to get back to their family especially the only person that means the world to them, their son. Gotta wait for the next part to see what happens.
