Harry's POV

I rush to the prefect's bathroom. My golden egg in my hand. I get there and run the bath. Once the tub is full I strip off my clothes and get in.

I grab the egg and open it. The same shrieking sound fills the quiet room. I close the egg quickly.

"You should put it in the water. That's what the other boy did." Moaning Myrtle giggles.

I put the egg under the water. I take a breath in and go under the water. I open the egg and a soft voice comes out.

Come seek us where our voices sound,
We cannot sing above the ground,
And while you're searching ponder this;
We've taken what you'll sorely miss,
An hour-long you'll have to look,
And to recover what we took,
But past an hour, the prospect's black, too late, it's gone, it won't come back

I come back above water.

Later that day

I turn a page searching through a book. I'm in the library with Draco searching for a way for me to breathe underwater for an hour.

I sigh and close the book. "It's no hope. I'll just quit the tournament."

Draco shakes his head, "Did I just hear you give up? Harry, Love, you can't give up yet. You haven't even started."

He grabs my chin making me look at him. He kisses my lips, "You can't give up." He whispers. His breath fans my lips.

"Don't do that," I whisper back. "Do what?" He purposely fans his breath across my cheek.

I grab him and slam my lips onto his. A cough breaks us apart. Professor Snape is standing there.

"Mr. Malfoy we need you in Dumbledore's office." He looks at me. "I'm sure Mr. Longbottom can help Potter put his books away."

I nod and Draco kisses my cheek. "I'll see you later." He whispers in my ear. I nod and he goes with Snape.

"We cannot sing above the ground. An hour-long you will have to look." I recite the words from the egg.

"Anything I can help you with, Harry?" Neville says. I shake my head, "Thanks though." He reads the clue from the egg.

"I have a book on herbology," Neville says. "There might be something in there that could help you."

"Sorry, Neville, but I don't care. Unless there's something that can help me breathe underwater for an hour." I say.

"Actually there is! Although I don't remember the name of it." Neville says. I light up when he says this.

I try to connect to Draco through his thoughts but his mind is very cloudy.

"I'll take it!" I say. "Are you sure?" He says and I nod. "Okay. I'll give it to you tomorrow." He says. I nod and finish putting up the books.

I head to my dormitory. When I get there I shove the key in the lock and unlock the door.

I change into my nightclothes and sit at the table waiting for Draco to get back.

At 10 there's still no sign of him, so I get in bed. I toss and turn all night.

When I wake up in the morning there's still no sign of Draco. I rub my face and sigh.

I try to talk to him through my mind again, but his mind is still very cloudy.

He better has a good excuse for this!

Ok. Short chapter I know but I've had a lot going on and this is all I could go for right now.
