Its been three days since Melissa arrived. She told Izuku all about her and her fathers arguement. Luckily Inko let her stay after listening to her story. Now Izuku and Melissa are at Dagobah Municipal Beach, the latter of the two watching the first one train. While she was staring at the muscles of the green haired boy, she noticed something in the rubble.
In a small pile, some forge and crucible material (in good condition no less) sat. Remembering a conversation about Izuku's father having a fire breathing quirk, she got an idea.
"Izuku! Izuku! I got an idea"
Izuku put down what he was cleaning, " What is it?"
"Would you also like your fathers quirk?"
He paused for a moment before he burst with excitement. They then spent the next few days working together to make the item.
Izuku POV
'I'm so excited, the mask should be ready today'
Just as he was thinking about it, Melissa came into the room holding the mask.

Putting it on, Izuku went outside to test it. Aiming at a tire stack he made he began breathing in. He could feel the heat building up in the front compartment. Releasing the air in his lungs caused flames to leap out at the tires, engulfing them. Looking at the aftermath revealed a melted pile of rubber, still smoking from the heat. Turning off the mask he turned to Melissa.
"That was amazing!"
"I know right!"
(3 day time skip)
They had gotten used to the routine of Izuku doing the workout and Melissa watching. Today however, Izuku was struggling. Not because of the workout, but because of Melissa. He had excepted that he had a crush on her, but he though she could never like him back. They just met in person a few days ago after all. But he still convinced himself to ask her. Steeling his nerves he turns around shaking.
"U-um Melissa. C-can I ask you som-something?"
Curious she replies, "Sure, what is it?"
"Wo-wou-would y-y-y" he pauses and takes a deep breath,"WOULD YOU GO OUT WITH ME!!"
Melissa didn't move a muscle, as if frozen. Then erupting in a burning blush. Her heart beating out of her chest.
