I ship it a... 10/10. Not just because I ship this, I prefer other ships over this but Shalt in general is amazing.
And Top is Shu and Bottom is Valt uwu
It's adorable and can be extremely fluffy and angsty which I love about this ship.

Two versions of this ship I love are,
1. Shu loves Valt a lot and Valt is just oblivious to all of his feelings thinking it's just normal *cough cough friendzoned* (I imagine Valt just dating Shu not realizing what dating actually is and that's they were both dating and until like weeks later he finally realizes they were dating this whole time and these dates were not just hang outs xDD) this version is so fluffyyy
2. Shu loves Valt a lot but Valt pushes him away thinking he's just a friend. God I love one-sided stuff so muchhhh especially if the innocent one is the one rejecting them.
What makes this even better is if in the red eye phase, Shu tries to reject his feelings for Valt and locked them up and that's when Valt finally gives in and realizes he likes Shu back and tries to bring Shu back because he loves him but Shu is conflicted, he wants to go but he doesn't and angst happenssssss
Like Shu can be angry and go like "So now you come after me?! Before you turn a blind eye to all my love and now that I'm red eye you come back?! What do you want?! Do you love me or not?!" and angsty stufffff xD
Although I said 2 there's actually one more,
It's where Valt is the one trying to get Shu. He expresses his love in so many ways but Shu just thinks Valt is just being Valt and doesn't actually mean it. Valt is frustrated on how Shu doesn't realize his feelings while Shu is just being oblivious and everyone else is just internally screaming at Shu for not noticing Valt's love lmao xD
Most angsty versions of this ship revolve around Shu leaving Valt, because they had such a strong and close bond it makes the angst levels rise even more. This ship tends to have heavy angst but not too heavy like death or illness. This ship revolves around depression mainly for Valt because Shu left him. In other cases would be one-sided angst. Usually Shu would hold feelings for Valt but he is either friend zoned or Valt has someone else which causes more angst. Because they are child hood friends the angst for that increases even more.
I don't see this ship going on more of a possessive route unless it's an AU. I don't see Shu as someone who would force their love and be possessive over the one they love. Shu would take their feelings into consideration and wouldn't force them or pressure them at all.
I can see Shu doing like the backing up to the wall thing but not with sexual intentions like just to try and look cool or something cause Rantaro or somebody else told him that the backing up to the wall thing is super romantic xDD
I don't see this ship as in a sexual way, more of a fluffy, hilarious, and wholesome way. Like they won't push the other to do stuff but there are some like sexual scenes but not intended like maybe Shu coming from a jog and looking hot and sexy as hell but with no intentions. Like ya get what I'm saying? Like it can be sexual but have no intentions because I don't see them having sexual intentions. And when actually doing the thing like Shu won't be that forceful, he would take it slow but it's not like he's calm. Shu is equally as flustered as Valt, I don't see Shu having any sexual intent and he during it he would probably keep asking if Valt was ok and if it hurt or anything like that xDD
In short this ship could be extremely fluffy and angsty plus hilarious and wholesome but no sexual intent but sexy times that are hilarious so 10/10!
